Had the app installed for several months & was working perfect. In the past week it started telling me it wasn't updated & requires me to updated. When I go to play store, there is no new updates & I already have the most current version. I have tried everything from uninstalling & reinstalling, rebooting my phone, running my phone cleaner to remove old files/junk files, cache & so on. I had made no changes to my phone, service or downloaded anything since the last time I used this app to when it started acting up & stopped working. IDK???

NOT WORKING....Again. I have signal strength but for some reason I can't make any calls or texts. Very frustrating. When I try to make a call I get connected to an automated system that can't help and if I try to send a text I get a message saying message blocking is active. HELP!!!

Not great for day to day. But a cool extra number. - Reply to Cintex > If incoming texts were free I would only use Cintex. Unfortunately, a mad ex or persistent person can text bomb you and drain all your minutes and there's nothing to top it.

This is an AMAZING APP. The service is super cheap and my phone works great where ever I go. The only issue I have with Cintex now is their Data. Data works but barely. But still, cintex wireless is great!

No new apps to run once you played them only put 3 or 4 videos a week at best need to do like text free put videos up all day long not once a week used to love this app til this happened

Can't beat free! It all works reliably. Hope you consider applying coins to data in the future.

Why is this app not available on iPhone?

Well I left a review earlier lamenting the fact that I was unable to use the data on my phone that is included with the minutes you get with this app. As stated earlier I have a Verizon galaxy s3 unlocked. Granted this phone is for a CDMA network and the SIM card for this app is for the GSM network. I went to the website after posting the other review and followed the instructions to enable the data but it doesn't work. Again, will give this app more stars if you can fix this issue.

My phone reads the sim card but when I tried to make a test call. I am getting the message no available network. Am I missing a step or any advice or ideas.....?

Absolutely love this app! I never thought I could get free wireless service by simply downloading the Cintex app. Move over Verizon, we're moving with the times!!!!!!

I have put in and out the sim countless times and it is not reading the phone number in the app. I entered it manually and it goes to show I have 50 free minutes. However my phone says unknown number in settings, doesn't recognize a sim, says emergency calls only and I know my phone is unlocked. I don't know what to do.

the sent me a free sim with 60 mins on it i played a buggar time game and a few others and got like 130 minutes more wow thats great the only bad thing i can say is u have to walk out side to use depending on the area it but if u have a duos phone works great for a back up sim before u should also relize the circular aarow refreshes your coins when you play games and stuff u need to refresh the app everry offer u try

Everytime I earn coins I don't receive them. I'm supposed to have over 100 coins but only have 1. I'm not going to keep calling everytime my coins don't appear.. Don't use unless you plan on buying mins

So I downloaded the app, waited for my SIM card thinking this is going to be awesome. It's not my main line buy who doesn't like to have a backup, right? Well I get the SIM card in the mail and pop it in. I start up app and it tells me the number they have given me is not a valid Cintex number. It tells me to try again or order a new SIM. The line works to make calls and text but can't use the app. I call SHENANIGANS!!!

It was fine till a couple days ago, now I can't even earn coins i click earn coins and it says I have no coins balance and my connection isn't valid to try again later when I click earn coins . My connect is great I tried it on a different WiFi also I called customer service they know nothing please help me I deleted the app I rest my phone I rebooted it nothing works

If you add unlimited data at a fair price ill buy

it used to let me have unlimited access to earning coins. I never had to actually pay for time. now since the upgrade it won't even let me do anything to earn coins. now I have to pay for my time. fix asap, or I'm uninstalling

I entered my correct valid Address, it keeps telling me it is not valid. I understand how it's not a valid Address. It's not like I live in Narnia, my address is real and valid. This is probably a scam in some way anyways.
