Notifications will show up on your lock screen and notification bar, unlike most other apps! This will remind you to do something every time you open up your phone.

Notification is literally the best part of this app. This should be what you are looking for.

This app is a very minimalistic, lightweight to-do list, designed to take up a negligible amount of data on your phone. Furthermore, it won't drain your battery trying to connect to the internet. Overall, it's pretty simple.

Mark things off as done when you accomplish them! How neat is that! Wow!
