Cineworld Cinemas - Official

I can't book using my Cineworld card on the app, would be so much better if I could book on the go rather than having to turn on the laptop or wait till I arrive to book tickets.

It's great to see the times of movies but I can't book tickets on this. Yet again I can't book tickets on Web site even though I have unlimited ticket. Have to reset my password (always to same password) then is doesn't let me book. Then to go to cinema and then sometimes for it to be sold out. App and Web site needs to be sorted.

Shows films ok but would be better if it went to my cinema first as that is where I usually go, I can choose another if I need to. Also, I can't book using my unlimited card which is a major pain, hence the low rating.

It works to check times and book. But not to access profile, or e tickets. Essentially if you use this app to book tickets then want to use the qr to get in you can't exit the app or let your screen go blank because it will leave that page and you can't go back to it.

Doesn't hold unlimited card numbers for friends like the website does. No facility to cancel unlimited bookings. Always have to enter password twice.

It keeps freezing and when i hit the now showing button it just shows all coming soon movies instead.for some reason i cant seem to be able to use my unlimited card for booking.

Desperately needs to remember cineworld card details including those of your friends. Also needs option to sort upcoming films into date order

Please go back to the old format. The app is slow to load and I have to keep tapping to select my seat on the Android version whereas friends of mine just have to press once on ios. Booking confirmation is slow and takes longer to get through the process.

Layout is a bit better. App has slowed down dramatically when I updated, also uses more data. Takes more touches to see seatings. When choosing a time for a showing it should show which screen it is playing on (like the old version). App was very useful (before update) and i used it many times but now it's just a hasle and not helpful at all.

Tried to purchase an Unlimited card. App won't allow me to download a picture or take one either. Big disappointment as now I will have to try and do it at the cinema

A quick way to check times and showings but it's a pain that it doesn't keep you logged in. Should just keep me logged in especially since I'm an unlimited user.

Very useful for keeping your favorite cinema list and showing full listings of films available. It could be more user friendly and also needs improvement when completing order form. If during ordering another app opens or focus is removed from this app then all the order steps carried out upto that point are lost and you have to start over again.

I use this app for myself and friends using our unlimited cards and it saves time booking at the cinema. I would give it 5 star but i had a problem one time so gave it 4-5. Very useful

The only thing is it doesn't remember your booking details or unlimited card details. Get that sorted and it would be top notch

As an unlimited card holder I visit the cinema at least 4 times a week. I find this app extremely helpful showing me film times so I can organise my week in advance. However on occasions it has frozen and I have had to reinstall it for it too work again.

App is fine but let down by the fact that i can;t book with my unlimited card since I renewed my membership.

Love the new system of not having to log in every time but now I can't select a seat. Unable to click in the seating area so having to use pc now which is pointless!

The functionality of this app is ok but I think the app needs revamped to look a bit more polished. The only thing I would change about the functionality is being able to view upcoming films by release date instead of by name. I'd like to be able to look at the month ahead and see what is going to be released.

Appauling app. Seldom works correctly. Can't even select seats... sort this out please!!!

Needs improvement. One idea is CEA card could be kept on file instead of getting the card out for each booking, also a friends unlimited card instead of having to type it in every time. I've noticed that my local cinema listing has vanished. No times or anything. New issue 19/11/15 error when booking even though it gave me booking ref - get to cinema to find no booking made. Get it sorted its happened again but this time I've taken screenshots. Fed up now.

It used to be great! I've booked 2 lots of tickets and not had any confirmation emails come through. It also took over 20 minutes to be able to select 4 seats on the app screen! Highly frustrating. App developers - put it back the way it was please! It used to work fine.

I can't seem to choose my own seats now and the entire process has become a f***in joke..not that it weren't bad enough before but it was tolerable...now however I'm so annoyed I'm actually ranting about it!!!

Given the choice of watching a film at the cinema or on Netflix, I'd always rely on Cineworld. So I think that this Cineworld app is very useful. Because I've never witnessed a single fault, unlike some apps. And there's another thing, rather than having to check the times elsewhere, this app tells you the exact times of your choice of film for the next few days. As a result, I'd highly recommend this app to all my friends and family.

Great app...shame you have to go back to films to found out what its about when in cinema mode. Other than that its great

But im unable to change my alocated seat for some reason. And i can't see booking code any more on the app, but have to go through the email. What a rubbish idea!!! Please look at this problem.

It's now remembering friends cineworld card nos. Which makes booking so much easier but it won't let me select a seat anymore which is really annoying. The seating plan appears, I'm just not able to click anything to select the seats I want.

I'm glad that cineworld took on board my comments I made through twitter on how they can update their app. Being an unlimited customer, I booked through this app a lot. I like that they have saved my girlfriends card onto my account and that my bookings saves into my account so I no longer need to screenshot the original booking or copy and paste details. The one letdown is the seat choosing, I eventually managed to select the seats I wanted but had to tap at the screen a lot for it to select.

This app just seems to have been designed to be awkward to use. The number of things you need to click and press to make a booking is incredible and if you switch apps to look up your password or credit card details it resets your entire order.

If i could give it 0 stars then i would. Can't login to make a booking even though my password is correct. I even clicked “forgot password“ and still didn't receive a reset email. A cinema app's priority should be easy booking but it won't let me. Sort it out Cineworld! As an unlimited member this is very frustrating!

I go through the booking fine, until it comes to choosing your seat, it won't let me select a seat, unless I keep tapping the seats 100 times... Using up the 10 minutes it allows you to book! Why wouldn't you test the app to see if it works properly before airing it, so frustrating, bring back the old app!

Since the last update I can no longer select seats, the app crashes when I try.

No matter what this app always starts on the "films" tab... which is annoying because I always want to go to the "cinemas" tab. If the app let me go to cinemas first then it would be 4/5 stars from me.

Doesn't match up unlimited card number with website and won't let me change seats when booking have to use website

It's not properly updating the shows on every Monday evening for the upcoming week and if minimize the app have to start again from the beginning while booking or searching. And couldn't able to add the ticket to passbook too. But in iOS it's very very good but in android I really hate this app

I suffer from all the other niggles like no auto logon or storage of unlimited number but this morning before work I checked cinema times for later. All good however once I got back to my phone 9 hours later the batery was almost dead, this app the culprit. Watch out!

Why must I keep reminding the App where I love? And why can't the App remember the Unlimited numbers of my friends as the website does? On the web I can book 4 tickets and seats, the App makes multiple bookings almost impossible, this is such a basic need for your most common paying customers , as your home cinema. I doubt someone sill steal my phone then run off to the movies. Just make it so.

Easy to use app click cinema then choose nearest cinema takes me straight to my closest cinema click my film my time book no problems took my unlimited card no problems and unlike using cineworld on mobile phone Web page the app allows you to pick your seat simply easy to use app hate the update the new booking is like using mobile Internet in which you can no long pick your seat

It worked wonderfully up until today. I decided to book tickets for Friday night and app doesn't let me to log in. It says that my email and/or password is not recognised. I just used it last Saturday and it was fine!!! Tried to reset the password but again - my email is not recognised. Can you please undo what you did???

does not show enough of next days showings ie three to four day full listings.

This app needs more personalization, a login, the planner and more info about the films. I don't need info of all other cineworld: I just would like to book a screen fastly in mobility.
