The app works fairly well for the Cincinnati Enquirer versions, but is a total mess for reading the Northern Kentucky Enquirer versions. Most of the pages are blank. I've been trying to make this work as an alternative to all the problems I had with the actual print edition delivery, but it just isn't working.

Despite my numerous requests for them to fix this App, along with many, many people complaining about it, the Enquirer choses to ignore those of us who pay their salaries. I noticed that the App hasn't been updated since April 2015. I'm a patient person, but their attitude towards this App is unacceptable and it is past time for me to cancel. If enough of us cancel our subscriptions, then maybe that will get their attention and provide them the incentive to fix this App. Don't waste your time with this one people. I'm sure you have better things to do with your valuable time.

I'm challenged when it comes to accessing this paper. The former access was much more user friendly. Sorry about that!!!

Why does everything the cin enq does have to be so bad?

K70%
by K####:

You can read a few pages and then it freezes up and gives you a white screen. If un-installing and re-installing is the only solution, its not worth the trouble. Would not recommend.

The login screen does not display properly with broken embedded images, and does not allow me to log in via Facebook. Was this app even tested at all?

U70%
by U####:

I stopped home paper with the latest price increase to use my tablet. The Enquirer is trying to get away from printing and get everyone to go online but this app is junk. Won't load, white screen, starts loading and gets stuck. Fix it or I'll cancel completely!

Must uninstall and reinstall every few days to get rid of the blank white screen others have described. Today is a new issue -- app freezes, goes to a black screen, then a window appears telling me the app stopped working. Restarting the app goes to same article and crashes again. Uninstall/Reinstall allows me to get back in but it crashed again on the same article. Perhaps the app is affected by faulty upload of content?

U70%

Same problem of app freezing and not allowing me to sign in. Uninstall and reinstall every few days.

U70%

This app loses its mind every few days. Then you need to uninstall and reinstall.

This is mostly great....it gives me the print version of the Enquirer as advertised. However, it logs me out once a day saying I don't have the appropriate permissions....but I do?!?!? The app provides no way to attempt to log back in -- in fact, the only way to restore content is to go to the app's settings, clear the data and reopen. If not for this bug, it would be a 5 star rating. Using a Nexus 10. Cincinnati.com....please investigate!

Nice, but crashes often. Then, I must uninstall and reinstall... A real pain.

I logged in successfully one time. Now I either get a blank white screen or log in error messages. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success.

U70%

When it runs it does a fair job of displaying the paper. The last update caused some sensitivity issues when it comes to the touch response. The biggest issue has yet to be fixed. If it is terminated or fails for any reason it has to be removed and reinstalled. Always remembering to exit the app and not switch to another is a pain. leaving it running means it will fail or be terminated by any task manager requiring uninstall-install.

This has gone on for months. Why can't this be fixed? Everyone seems to have the same complaint but nothing is done to correct it.
