CIMB Clicks Malaysia

Iam prefer the old version. The new version. I dont have a problem with laggy or slow. But i dont like how the detail of transaction. For the last version, every transaction show the balance also, now, its nust showing the transaction, also evertime need to click on expand to see the detail. Old version the simplest and easier is much better. Pliz hired the professional team to improve ur cimb click apps

looks like I can't use it on my rooted device now. It's a shame, it poses no security vulnerability for me cause I know and understand the risks involved on rooting. I would have appreciated the previous cautionary popup like it did before telling me about my rooted device. Please, I hope you understand that some or most of root for a reason. Please return the ability to open with rooted device.

This is such a sloppy app. I mean, come on, it's a banking app. Add some standard and class to it. It's so inconvenient and so unhelpful. I seriously don't know how a bank can be so widely used and still manage only such a crappy banking app. Seriously, CIMB, buck up. Learn a few things from Maybank's app. Now that, is what a banking app is supposed to be like and more.

Why make it so complicated? Was so easy to use with no complaint in mind. Why force us have to on notification without skip button? I just want to check my balance in a minute, end up take time to setup this and re log in just to check balance, after that have to off the notification again, totally not user friendly.

Stupid app! Laggy EVERY TIME! Always had to try login few times before it worked and once, when I make a transaction it says the transaction failed, but when I check, my account has been deducted! Have to be careful.

Bad app. Slow and lag much since they released the new app. The old one is much better than this. I don't have confidence at all to use this for paying bills or transfer money.

Unable to launch the login page at all, since the loading time takes forever. I hope your team can fix this issue immediately. The previous app version was much better than this new look and upgrade.

This thing was perfect a few versions ago. Now it is down right trash. I can't even launch app. I don't need that stupid assistant EVA , coz it's useless. All it does is take more of my time to read the SAME notification I will get from bank's SMS. Why the heck did you need to mess with a working app. I might just switch banks for this.

Been a Maybank account holder before switching to CIMB. what's shocking is that Maybank app has been fully developed for almost a year now and CIMB clicks can't even provide Fingerprint support for all devices (Pathetic).. what's also funny is that you can't do anything from the app other than transfer and balance view.. is it really a banking on the go app.. worst banking app used so far. Highly disappointed!

Update the app... And received some virus from nowhere as a gift. Yeah. Thanks a lot. My phone became lagging so much

Been holding back from giving out a review,mainly because I wanted to see and actually use/test most functions on the go. And,it delivered perfectly. Thumbs up to Cimb Malaysia and their app development team.

Fix your stupid TAC. I kept requesting TAC but it doesn't come. Yes, I tried waiting, for an hour, no TAC. It has been like this since u implemented TAC via app notifications. Request TAC from website, it works. How can you deploy a stupid app like this???? You want to save sms cost, make sure your bloody app works.

introduce the fingerprint feature to this app like maybank2u app.. I think its not efficient to type the password each time to log in instead of just using the fingerprint function

Such a terrible app from cimb bank. I mean come on this is supposed to be a profesional app.

After update, I can't login. I have to login use my pc. Please fix it. If not update, same problem happen too. But I already updating. Why still cannot login?

I've been using this apps for a while until I realized it has access to my Contact/Phonebook. CIMB is violating data privacy - uninstalled!

i don't know why but it always says transaction failed eventhough my connectivity is not the problem. it always failed to load. had to install and uninstall it back every once in always tho theres no update.

Can you roll back to last time that we receive our tag from sms rather than using this app? Sometime it just hang at the main screen... I can't access the tag... How to do the transactions!!!!!????

Sometimes its function well. But at some point cant open this app. Frequently crash and uno respone to open open via mobile device. Please fix it. What a shame for one of the largers bank in malaysia.

I remember that the TAC code will sent to me just in a few seconds....But now....I waited for so long and no TAC code....What is wrong?I keep on login in again and again...Key in the particulars again and again...But nothing work....I try using my data to do others stuff but it works fine... Something must be wrong with the app..Pls fix it...I really like how this apps previously work...

Unable to make transfer. No TAC received via SMS or Messenger! Also, why we still lack of fingerprint login for android?

No TAC is receive to make a tranfer . Worst app! Please fix it! Old CIMB CLICK app is much better than the new app

Bad app, no issue when using it on iphone but for android always long loading eventhough the coverage is good & in the end error pop up came up. Useless.

Useless, sometimes it's fine but sometimes it's bad! Tac request not working, tendered successfully but said got problem!

I wondering why others phone model had a fingerprints but only available for apple products? Please fix for other brands too.

The most stable app release was the old ones.. the new seriously having so many issue.. connection.. delayed tac.. empty msgr..

i think cimb should enable app for paywave for smartphone and quick login by trusted device using fingerprint like maybank2u.overall okay.i prefer using cimb click to transfer,payment from maybank2u.please make it posible.

Latest update suppose to have ability to check interbank summary? where the hell are those ability? dont even have transfer summary. the in apps msg box is hilarious.

Sometime can log in and sometime cannot. Last time last I can login with 10 digit password.Now only need 8 digit?what's happen with cimb clicks and apps?

Cimb besmirched own reputation by publishing this app, a crappy, unhelpful, unprofessional banking app that made a mockery of cimb and drove customers away.
