The app doesn't allow review of credit card transactions, hence making it redundant for users to go paperless when paying CC bills. The rest of the functions are okay.

Absolute rubbish

Using the latest Oct 2016 version. Easy to use, clear buttons to often used functions. Almost all banking tasks are there, yet amazingly, the size of the app is compact and not bloated. Would like to be able to see credit card transaction details in a future version. Keep up the improvements.

Cimb Clicks Malaysia does a better job than its counterpart. The Singapore version Gui is ridiculous and performance is terrible. When it says no transaction found it simply present you with a forever loading icon. Can't even click anything.

Login error throws cordova/Ionic error that can never load the app again even after killing it.. I am glad I put in enough with cimb to be protected by sdic.. Or will I lose money erroneously like the app

It's the most unstable and malfunctioning mobile banking app I've ever come across. Cannot even log out of the app when choose to and it just hangs there making you wonder whether you have been securely logged out of the app. Uninstalling it is the only way out..

I always didnt realize that the apps auto capitalizes my user id, thus i always keyed in the wrong id. Strange that the developer team did not rectify this issue for ages...

Absolute rubbish. Unable to function at all. Please do something with this app, if you want your account holder to go paperless.

When u view transactions , scrolling up and down is turtle speed. Believe the Java vm code is not optimised. Please fix.

Unable to find my account and check balance....very disappointed and waste of time. Hope someone assist this apps to be a better interaction like other banks do

Can't access credit card transaction, which is a basic requirement before they stop to send statement. Very disappointing.

I can't even login because the loading overlay did not disappear to let me key in my sms otp! So it's totally useless!

Useless app. Auto-capitalizes username when username is case sensitive. Once logged in, forever stuck in loading and not able to do anything.

Still unable to exit from app.. keep on loading & loading! Need to force close every time.

Used to do oversea transfer to Malaysia. But unable to do it for now. Always error when clicked purpose.

To instil consumer/user confidence in the bank, this app really need to improve on its user interface and design :)

Hi developer, I can't seem to get past the SMS OTP page. Once I click on send OTP, it'll just show loading with no way for me to input the OTP received.. can't even log in

Screen freezes everytime I receive the OTP message. Happening for such a long time already. Do something about it?

Goes into infinite loading loop...totally non functioning.

This app is a disgrace. It's been months now where it's slow or unresponsive. It hangs all the time and just says it's 'loading"- loading forever until you force shut the app. Logging in again just gives you a 1min window before it hangs again. Sort it out!
