Misleading device compatibility statement. I'm using Asus zenfone 2, on Android 5.0 and support nfc., but failed to register cimb debit Mastercard citing unsupported device. Logged a report to call center and emailed on 16/2/2017. Let's wait and see. 23/2 Update 5.0.2 - app still fails to detect my debit card on zenfone2, suspects this app is incompatible with Asus zenfone2. During reinstall, app doesn't ask for permission for NFC. Random numbers Inputted, also generate same error message, indicating that app doesn't detect any card Update 14/4- can register cimb debit card since 14th April 2017 update, but most promotions ended already.

How to enable fingerprint authentication? Punching in passcode everytime to use Wallet is quite cumbersome. I can't even find the option anywhere within the app.

I made 2 payment using thia app & after 4 fail attempt which it keep loading when login i uninstall & install back since working. But do you have to do that every interval payment?

When I key in the card, it pop up a note say "only available for online payment, not every device supportable". I am using OPPO R9S.

I tried once on a petrol kiosk. It really works. But fingerprint feature is missing on my Xperia Z5 though. Typing passcode during transaction is not practical.

i set my wallet and always give me tecnical problem so this app for what?waste my space?

it shows error when ibtry to make payment. it says card is not digitized

"Card not digitize". Reinstall the application, able to used it. Next day, "Card not digitize" again! Do I have to reinstall this every time? Come on!

I used it to pay through the CIMB pay with my debit card and it works very quick and effective. So far so good!

App show card is not digitised after phone update to Android 7.0

The finger print security features do not work at my Samsung s5. Once u set it on it will say u already reach max tried. What try? We didn't do anything yet n also no way to fix it. It didn't even work at all.

Thanks for the feedback CIMB Bank. However, I tried this cimb pay at Giant Hypermarket where encourage us to use cimb pay to get voucher. But still do not honour shown in merchant machine. Is that my phone problem or merchant problem?

The first time I'm using during December was fine. But I dont know why nowadays have a lot of problem, and then i need to take out my wallet to tap the real card instead of tap with phone. I'm using s7edge. Is it the tokenization of NFC got problem?

But the debit/ATM card is. However, I feel this app would be more suitable with the KWIK or credit card. Not debit/ATM which is directly tied to one's savings. I'm not comfortable exposing the ATM card to transactions, 'safe and secure' it may be. These are savings the card is tied to, not trivial spending money.

Not prompted to enter fingerprint as a passcode on Nexus 6P. Moreover you shouldn't need to launch the app to pay anyway. Unlocking your phone should be adequate just like Android pay, where you unlock your phone and simply tap it to the terminal which sends you a notification of how much you just spent. Overall there is zero reason to use this app at the moment if you carry​ your card with you, as simply taking out the card is faster and more convenient.

I not able to switch card. everytime when I swap to left, the message panel expanded instate of switching card. please recalibrate the swap function to change the card tab

Poor design. Why we must turn on 'Location' and 'Mobile Data' when using it? Your competitors Samsung Pay and Maybank Pay can works even in offline mode.

After using the app, it in general slows down my device. I need to clear all apps running to restore my phone performance.

Currenty using Nexus 6p and not Rooted but still not able to use . keep poping not supported device . No Problem with maybank pay .

My nexus 6p said it doesn't support. But I'm sure my devices is not rooted and nfc enable

Zenfone 2, can't register card as same as other user. Waste my time trying on it and troubleshooting

Please improve the login loading module. Each time I scan my thumb it takes forever.. and then time out. Im satisfy with other feature except this. Maybank has no problem login load.

Hello CIMB...sy pengguna tegar CIMB PAY...kesemuanya transaksi sy guna di Giant K.Trg. Termasuk hari ini sudah 2 hari tak boleh bukak apps..asyik loading shj..boleh beri penjelasan apa masalahnya?
