I was very much confused aftr reading all the reviews below whether i shud ordr or not frm this website but the kurti i was looking for i was not getting it from any where else apart from cilory at the end i took decision of taking risk n ordering it.. N great great experience it is as the same in the picture awesome quality awesome looks..... M really happy with the service looking forward for such great service in future......

Unique and best collection of t-shirt on the entire local online market. loved it. Was skeptical at first after reading so many negative reviews. Wanted to minimise risk so I ordered one with the delivery fees. Was free for the two t-shirts I wanted to buy at once . Got the product in the exact time as given. And it's a healthy product . Nice quality. This app will be my beautiful little secret .

I had returned my product n dint get any confirmation to my wallet even after many days. Feel cheated . Request to all pls b careful if u r returning ur product. I have ready d same problem with others in d review. Will have to put all to notice about it. N this app has no way to call up to solve any problems .Worst app till date.

Worst online shopping site ever....no customer support, nobody helps here and the worst is you don't get the refund on your return. So guys don't even think to use this website to buy anything. Happened with me, don't want this to repeat with anyone.

Placed an order Which was totally different from description. I requested for return. They picked the packet after 2 3 email's and now after 15 days of pickup, they haven't given me my refund. Although the packet has been delivered at right time. Worst app ever used. Don't buy anything.

Worst online shopping site. I would suggest people to not purchase any item from cilory. It provides worst quality products and size issue everytime you purchase any product. I bought same product for 3times and each time defective product was sent to me. *Disappointed*

Worst app ever.. i have ordered a dress which was delivered on 6th of oct.. now i have to return the dress but there is no option available on there website. I have searched customer care contact which is also not available.. Now i m helpless.. how to return and get my refund. I hope i get some response asap.

Do not buy anything via cilory, difficult to return the item. I request for return my order because the item looks very cheep quality not worth of money. I select to return the product, but there was no notification confirmation that i have request for return the item. There was an option to chat but the support was worst. I am not sure whether i will get this product returned. Options are not user friendly

A few months back i ordered a shirt and a top.. d price was reasonalble as well as quality of clothes were unmatchable, amazing experience with cilory.. just dont go for false reviews girls, u ll love once u experience it

In 2014 i was bought a suit from ur site in rs 2500 still the suit is awesome i don't have words to explain ...but now in ur website all Are very expensive as compare to other shopping sites I have found many similar items in snapdeal and the price is very cheap as compare to yours ...I request to cilory plz checkout on the other shopping sites than fix the price.. ????

Worst app.. Bot a Kurta for 1600 one wash the Kurta colour came on the embroidery design.. It's it's waste cloth for me.. 1600 worth wore just once n now I have to throw it.. No action taken by customer care.. Un installing this waste app

The app is not very user friendly. I have placed the order but it's not showing any orders nor i can return any order cause it's not showing any orders. Also the quality is not good or the products. Do not recommend the app to anyone. Do look into it.

Worst customer service and they will do lot of cheating. If you return the product they will not refund. Please please don't buy any product over here. I have lossed money by doing shopping with site

It's a fraud.... Its been more the 20days since the product was returned.. And hvnt received the refund or got any mail or message regarding the same... Customer care is not answering the call and I have messaged the lot of time but the agent is never available to reply... My money is gone for waste. Dnt buy the product here

Since 2014 you have been a loyal customer and all you get is this. I have been mentioning every time everywhere that their logistics is ridiculous!! Their customer service miserably fails in empathizing the inconvenience they have caused. You don't deliver on time and give false reasons to cover up the inefficiency. The last dress was also different to what I had order /looked like in the picture. Unhappy!!

Worst experience ever. Spoken to Mr Sachin, ordered 2 products, dint like the Kurti but the other one is good. App is working fine. Order no. 1323471. Thou the app is working fine. Return policy Is worst. They don't even have the jacket of the dress m returning. N now asking rejecting my request due to incomplete package. Very much disappointed

Reading all the reviews confused me..But i took a risk and ordered a kurti..to my surprise i received an excellent product..!! I returned the product though.. but not cause of the quality but cause of the size!! I got the refund and am really very happy with Cilory!! Love Cilory ♡♡

Worst app ever The size and quality wasn't that good. And the returning of an item is such a tedious procedure. No response from cust service. I lost my money and bought a worst kurti. Hate it! Uninstalling right away. I should have read the reviews before ordering.. Wish there was an option to choose No stars.. No quality no loyalty nothing. Waste of time n money

Whatever your styles are displayed none of the prices change on occasional events too. The online people call as nominal prices which are very expensive and we have other options too.

Soo stupid app...not yet all good product..and moreover they will not contact customer.. Customer service is too bad... In that app there is an option called, call our customers support.. Even that will not work... There is no number at all.. And they have an option called chat with customers... But they won't respond at all... Soo stupid app.. And people... Who is the head of these app.. They have to contact me soon.. Or else I'll raise an compliant on consumer court... You guys need to refund my account.. Or else you guys will pay for it..

Why the order doesn't contain option of cancelling the order? The customet care dialing never worked and chat with us always shows that no agents online. No proper information .

Guys do not buy from cilory.quality of t shirt was horrible. In first wash color came off. And since they don't know how I washed the t shirt they can't do any thing in that.

I have ordered three dresses out which I have received only two dress. I called them n registered d complain. After calling for so many day regularly they said that they have send me the all three dresses. These guys cheat me buy sending me two dresses. They are not refunding me the money also. I have lost my 1100 rupee in this site. Quality of the product is also different as from picture. Worst experience. Don't buy product from this site.

Not a great app. Not user friendly. Does not give proper information about size details of the each product. Size details are same for all products be it dresses or tops. Does not tell what size model is wearing which could make it easier for us to decide on which size to buy. I've liked many items but hesitate to buy due to product/ size details. No offers no discounts. Products expensive.

The collection of wardrobe s very gud! Selective n trendy! A few offers now n then can be gud! ;) Needs fix of "track shipment" option. Doesn't work. I don't know hw to select opaque box which could maintain my privacy of the product inside during checkout. Is it available?

I ordered 2 Kurtis from which 1 i requested for replacement. 1. Nobody Came for pickup. 2. After many followups they sent a person for pickup and these took 4 days. 3. It took 10 days for parcel to reach them. 4. Again now replacement procedure will take another 10 days. I have never had such a worst shopping experience. Hate it. Will never shop again from cilory.

I have never seen a site like this....they are just horrible..can't you guys bring your own documents...why do you tell us to keep it xeroxed....please just come and take the package just now...it's horrible..guys please never shop at cilory

I have ordered 2 dresses 10 days back .but I haven't received a message or mail from them regarding the order ..I was tracking it from the cilory app.but all of a sudden they say they cannot send me order .there is no customer care no to talk also

I bought a kurti from cilory and that was my biggest mistake. The return policy is worst.. you have to get three copies Xerox which these people would mail you and pick up will be arranged after a month( remember you have to call regular if you want to return the product). Customer service is worst executives would disconnect your call. And if they pick up your product after so much of hassle you again have to struggle to get your money in your account. Worst

Would have given no star if the option was available. Horrible site! Delivered me with the wrong product and wrong size . no exchange policy available. Would recommended everyone to avoid this shopping site .

I spent 1100 rs and received a used worn out shirt, I have complained about this to the customer care and still no one has reverted back to me yet no resolution what so ever,no refund has been initiated,this is the kind of decency they have, I will recommend all my friends and people around to stay away from this app, it will be a really bad experience

I ordered a churidar and i hav got that and it is exactly same as like what u hav shown in cilory. No difference in that and i like that. But the quality of the material is not so good. So my suggestion is to improve the quality of the material.

Please don't buy anything from cilory. I have returned a T shirt which was not fit for me 2 months is over they are not giving the refund even customer care executives also behaving in a rude manner i lost 728rs. This is the first experience in my life even shop clues and lime road also giving back money properly..
