Cigna Health Benefits

Well...it wouldn't even let me in to the site without some type of membership # that they say they gave me. Problem there is that I had just installed program less than a minute earlier. Tried 2x. Same issue so I gave up.

Just a link to a seminar. Maybe wrong redirected from that app??Did a kid wrote that app? Totally useless app.

Whenever I try to take a photo of an invoice, it crashes and logs me out. Useless

App asks for a personal reference number from my membership card to log in, but the card has nothing that say personal reference number, only group number and member id.

It crashes all the time! I have it on iOD and Android and it is full of bugs!

Convenient to submit your claims online. Fingerprint recignition for login would be a nice feature.

Nice compact app. Useful tools include: - find a providor (displays nearby providors based on your device's location, or alternatively you can enter a county/city) - displays status of recent claims. Only problem I had was closing the app after I logged out.

Not an app This is merely a browser with preconfigured URL. It ultimately opens the cigna mobile site web pages. Gives lot of errors while uploading the pics. Better to use the desktop version of the website, it gives better usability.

Crashed when trying to submit a claim. Inconvenient to fill in, suggest to prefill fields or save previously filled information.

Could not download staff members and dependants membership cards as they do not exist . Please improve this software before asking us to use it.

Will not let me log it it asks for a personal I'd number from card but there is not a number on card.

There is no such thing on my card.

It is really useless app, because in my claims section I can see only date and status. I cannot see any details like cost, invoice details and etc, which are important. What is the point to see claim with date, but without amount of money.
