EBL SKYBANKING App can be used by anyone with a smartphone for locating EBL365s, branches, product and service information. The services include - Viewing Account and Card Information, Fund Transfer, Bill Payment, Mobile Phone top-up, EBL ZIP and Benefit Partner Information, Positive Pay Instruction, Meet & Greet and Other Service Requests, Locate EBL Branches & ATMs, Making Appointments and many more. No registration required for general usage. Anyone willing to use it for fund transfer, bill payment and account/loan/card information needs to register at a branch for the service.
EBL SKYBANKING App has been designed keeping security in mind. It ensures security by binding the IMEI number of the mobile phone with the App apart from the unique user ID and password. A single user can add a maximum of 3 devices. Moreover, One Time Password or OTP will be required to perform transactions like fund transfer through the App.

I cannot transfer fund using this with my Samsung Galaxy S8+ phone. I can do it using another android. Both of the phone IMEI are registered. When open the transfer fund page. It says Please add beneficiery accout and shuts down. Please fix this.

Please add feature so that the app can activate on its own like MTB smart banking app. In that way we don't have to visit the branch every time we reinstall the app or change phone and wait for the password for a few days.

You have to visit the nearest EBL branch to enroll for the app. Seriously? What year is it? Is it 90s or something? Or the concept of email is still unknown to EBL officials? Gotta get back to Citytouch. That's one thing City Bank did pretty well.

Only three transactions of credit card are shown. Other wise it is very nice.

While signing in always getting an error message - "Your device is not verified yet". Its clearly a server side issue and that's what my branch told me.

There is no way to update or delete a registered biller.
