Improve on the search functionality using different filters like doctor by specialty and location. Details should include schedule and contact numbers. A nice to have would be a map-based list of nearest clinics/hospitals based on current location. Those are the only things that will bring value to this app.

I'm using Samsung A7 and it doesn't work. Whatever is supposed to show in map locations doesnt show only my location and the map itself. Hospitals/Clinics does not show even if you pan out/zoom out the map. Search options doesn't work either, without typing anything it shows the list of hospitals or address but when you type in something even matching the first option it doesn't search anything returns zero.

Requires access to contacts and storage. Weird. Text is too big. Can't search doctors. Useless.

This app needs a lot of work always crashes and doesn't even work. A bit disappointed for a healthcard provider boasting to have millions of customers

This is useless, what's the sense of this app if you still have to download the manuals?

VERY POOR SEARCH FEATURE.. PLEASE IMPROVE.. NOT ACCURATE.. SOME CLINICS PHONE NUMBER ARE INCORRECT AND THERE WAS WHERE I CALL THE CLINIC AND THEY SAID ITS A WRONG NUMBER.. SERIOUSLY

Good apps, only problem I noticed is it is case sensitive, needs to search names or address using capital letters.

Search functionality needs more improvements, for example, when I type the city, it shows all affiliated clinics or hospitals in the said city.

Really useful when you're in need to quickly search accredited hospitals in the area!

Please update the address and classified it by location like by region, municipality or city for easier use in searching the clinic/hospital/contact details manually. Search option are not working properly.

Not intuitive. Doesn't offer information on doctors and their schedules. Could be improved a lot more. Has a list of hospitals though, but that's it.

the idea of an app is for ease of use. there's no way to filter all the available clinics.

Include filter options so that we can search using city, etc. or if can be integrated with gps, it will show the nearest accredited clinics or hospital.

This is one is just 6.5 mb only but I'm getting error "Unsufficient Space" on mobile phone but when I checked my ROM, I still have 1Gb and the external is still 3Gb. This is so absurd..We need the manual than going to the internet and search for affiliated physician. What if we are on the remote area?

It would be great if there is a search facility. For example when I search for a hospital, I would be able to see the list of doctors affiliated in that hospital (and also their details such as schedule, etc.). This should be updated on a regular basis. Then I can also search for a particular doctor/dentist, either by first name, last name, hospital affiliation or specialization. Currently, the information being offered in this app are easily downloadable from your website.

This just faqs and manuals. Going to the website is better because at least that has a list of doctors. This has a list of hospitals, but since not everyone can access just any hospital that's not as useful either.

Im not able to search the nearest accredited clinics using the keyword on the address, so do i need to type the whole address before i click search? please fix it. It will help us. Thanks

Would have been better if i could register my account so it would give me what are accredited with plan itself. Uninstalling..

When i start typing the name of the hospital in the search field, the app shuts down. I am using a samsung s5.

Please add the option to search for the city instead of just the names of the clinics/hospitals.
