Jeep Vehicle Info

This app is a piece of crap! Uninstalled in less than one minute! Should have believed the majority below. POS X 2

Past two weeks app crashes everytime I try to select my vehicle. HTC M8.

What I can access as a guest is fine. But I would expect to be able to easily connect to my owners account. Per other reviews...I uninstalled and reinstalled the app...still won't connect and let me login. Very disappointing!

Mediocre app. Annoying pop-ups when trying to open and close. Often get a message saying 'unable to connect to server, try again later'. Nice to be able to track maintenance, but can do that on a piece of paper with no annoying pop-ups. Please fix the pop-ups!!!!!!!! Should be able to track maintenance with out having to connect to server. If JEEP reads these reviews .... please fix!

Just installed it on 05/16. Not one problem or glitch installing it. Works beautifully, videos play great, was able to edit my vehicles easily. Don't know what everyone is complaining about.

Why add features that don't work? It can't connect to the login server.

This app monitors your calls and GPS location, so when you fall behind on your payments and skip town, the repoman can easily find you.

I have a Samsung Note 4 and I couldn't get pass the registration account screen. If I select to cancel registration it prompts me to confirm cancelation or continue and then nothing. Looks like a cool apps since I am a first time Keep owner.

Can't get past login. Msg says can't connect to server.

I bought a Summit, app is saying it's a SRT (I wish). Wouldn't let me correct it. Deleted scan, tried again, same issue. Have see if it figures it out at some point.

Some images are poor at best, information is minimal.

Can't find server. Full cell service when I created an account. Now it can't find server. Bug?

Can't get past login. I can log in on the website but the app doesn't connect.

None of the mopar apps have ever worked, but this works, somewhat, much to my surprise. I can even locate my Cherokee with it. My only complaint is that recall notices don't show up. You'll have to log in through you web browser to get recall details.

There is a recall for my vehicle yet this app doesn't display the recall, even though there is a header for recalls. I am even signed in.

Updated 03-12-2016 After uninstalling and reinstalling this app it's been working well now. I've been driving Jeeps for decades and I picked up a 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk back on Nov. 11th and it's been a blast to drive!

The last few updates seem to have fixed pretty much everything. My only complaint now is the next maintenance. My Patriot has 7k miles. It had been recommending an oil change at 10k. I had one done anyway at 5k. Now it's recommending another at 20k. That seems kind of weird.

I like using this app. However, the next maintenance due is showing 40000 instead of 30000. Concerns me that the maintenance scheduling is off

Seems like the FIRST functionality a car owner's app should include. This is primarily a marketing/sales tool, I guess. Like the recall notifications.

First, start with having the app customized for the Vin you put in, like what is equipped in your vehicle and subjects that relate. Don't need to know how to set up Bluetooth if I don't own it. Second, navigation is confusing and 3rd I don't know what jeep wave is but I think I have it today, maybe not tomorrow. Never heard of it until this app.

*Was hoping the update fixed this error...it did not.* Will not let me put in a valid email address. Keeps saying invalid format.

Will not allow user to enter any info. Three updates have not changed this.

No use if it doesn't recognize my vin.

Does not recognize my Gmail address as a valid email format. Not worth the frustration!

This supposedly an owner's manual? There is almost nothing in this.

App doesn't even open!

Apparently when you register and set up your account you can't create your own password in the password field. I was told I had the wrong combination. It sucks. Don't waste your time!

This APP, and the MOPAR companion, are just the same, don't work. Try to buy an accessory, but, although you can see the image and image number of the article, there's no way to get it, it appears something else.

It's a crap shoot where to find information in the application. What's worse is to find out it is wrong. Beware.

OMG I am so in Love with my Jeep. I've waited 25 years to finally buy a Jeep. Best SUV Ever....

I bought a 2016 jeep patriot, tried to setup an account and it won't let me. Deleting this app now.

I have a 2009 apparently it isn't good enough for this app. You can't enter a Jeep older than 2011

Since they updated it a while back, it's a major overhaul of the old version that wasn't that functional. Now, I have access to info on service, it formats to my phone properly, and just provides a lot more functionality. Keep up the great work!

Nice app, has much of the same info as the owner's website, but when I entered the VIN of my Cherokee Limited, the app identified it as an SRT Grand Cherokee, and won't let me change it.

This used to be user friendly and helpful, now it's turned into an ad-fest. Also, telling me to see the DVD when I'm looking up how to change a tire is ridiculous.

This should be flag! Anal sex pictures in community tab. I was showing my 12 daughter this app since we just bought a new jeep. Not okay. Too bad. Great idea just poor appropriateness content. Who need sex ads when updating your vehicle info!?!

Continues to reflect mileage on day of purchase, and fails to reflect that there is a recall outstanding on this vehicle.
