A must have Fiat app! Has everything you need to know as a Fiat 500 owner/maintenance! IGNORE ALL ONE STAR RATERS!! Recommended!
I just downloaded the app after hearing about it in the mail but i have not explored it because the graphics display on about a quarter of my screen (Galaxy S5)
I have a Galaxy S5 and this program does not display well on it, nor did it display properly on my Galaxy S3.
This app has helped me out in some bad areas.
Have Fiat Abarth <3 it
Used to work... But can't establish network connection anymore. Too bad. Guess app developer(s) don't check to see if their creations/updates actually work. Suggest going to CarFax mobile app to keep maintenance, notes, etc... on phones or tablets.
Unable to connect to server. What's the point if it won't connect? I'd give it zero stars if I could. Come on Chrysler!! It would seem this has been an issue for many, many weeks Fix it already!
The app is as bad as the antiquated technology used on the 500X. Don't buy a Fiat!!! I learned the hard way. Can't wait to dump the crap
I have all my maintenance history in that app and now I cannot connect to the server. If they want to compete with other manufacturers they need to be on the ball in all aspects of the business.
Was good and convenient for a few weeks and then it stopped working. The only thing you can do is shop, I guess it is the only priority to site
I see this issue on a lot of the reviews, so it's odd they haven't corrected the issue! Downloaded the app, and can't use it at all.
Recently purchased fiat, just looking for perks.
Doesn't work anymore. Won't connect.
"Unable to connect to server"
Login on the webpage works. App has never let me login. I have a 2016 500X as of Saturday.
Used to love this app. It no longer works. I hope this gets better soon
Just installed this and it won't open.
Don't know about the other problems mentioned in these reviews... this app works just fine on my Moto X. Useful but sparse info on a beautiful display.
I have a perfectly valid Owner Connect account with all of my vehicle information in it, yet every time I try to download the information using my VIN it fails. I've had this installed for a year and despite updates it never works.
Easy to use and nice app and I need it because I own Fiat.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and continue to get an "Opps! We can connect!" error even though I just downloaded the app. Very frustrating.
Great direct way to buy from fiat when it works
I don't understand why the app wants me to enter in my VIN and car info every time I start up the app! That makes absolutely no sense! I can't bypass this part, so when I re-enter in my car's info, I'll have multiple cars on my profile! Horrible!
Ever since the last update this app has become a resource hog. What started out as a small app has grown to 150 MB for no apparent reason. Time to uninstall until Fiat gets a clue how to make a decent app.
Unable to login from Galaxy S4, full website keeps asking to update address when it's already displayed.
This app worked fine and was handy to have, but they wreaked it with the last update. The app never asked for a user name and password before and it worked fine. Now it wants you to set up an account and log into the app. You can bypass this, but you have to mess around with two screens to do it... Every time you start the app! I am sick and tired of having to create user names and passwords for apps and websites where there is no good reason to require it. I uninstalled.
Doesn't adjust to bigger screens. Content is off to one side and too small.
I can't speak to any of the issues previous users mentioned, as the version I'm looking at seems perfect. The interface is slick and scales just as it should on my HTC One. As for the content, there are some very useful guides on emergency procedures such as jump starting and dealing with flats complete with pictures. The entire manual is actually in there under Owner Information, again complete with pictures. All in all an extremely handy app to go with my car, which I've been nothing but thrilled by. The only feature I'd love to see is changing the color of the example car shown, as I wanna see my copper 500 there when I load it up =D
I used to keep this to remind me about fluid types, how to change bulbs etc. It was all removed in an update. I own a Fiat and love the car. Towing information is still pertinent since I hear it is a hard car to tow ( few places to anchor car )
Good for emergency towing...
Has everything one could need.
It's embarrassing that this app does not load on newer smartphones. Why is it embarrassing? Because it's advertised as a feature at the dealerships.
Doesn't work on large screens. Cannot select latest models. Worthless.
Only shows the 500l for the year 2014. So, basically this app is worthless for all other models.
App screens do not display correctly on my Galaxy S4.
This app is a beta test at best. It lists only one model for selection and the icons are not displayed properly. This offers no useful help at all.
Doesn't fit screen and is unusable.
Not everyone has a stinking iPhone. Change the resolution to fit other "popular" phones. Btw I'm uninstalling
It appears to be a useful app if it was updated with the current models and if it was formatted for larger resolution devices. It does not scale at all on my Note 3.

App updated on 5/28/16. Now when I try to open it, I just get a "unfortunately myfiat has stopped" error. Even before this update it constantly gave an error saying that it couldn't connect, try again later. It was OK when I could log in, but that was rare. You need to log in to use the maintenance logging, so it was pretty useless for that.
