Chrysler For Owners is the essential app for owners of 2011-2015 Chrysler vehicle(s), putting driver and lifestyle information right at your fingertips. An essential extension of your vehicle, the Chrysler For Owners app provides comprehensive information about product features, a tour through your vehicle’s heritage, a guide for what steps to take following an accident, and more.
Now with login capabilities, Mopar® Owner Connect users are able to login to their accounts and receive information on their own vehicle, including viewing recalls, service contract status, suggested upcoming maintenance based on your mileage and viewing and recording your vehicle’s maintenance records. All you have to do is login, scan your VIN number, or select your Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram, SRT® or FIAT® vehicle(s) and enjoy the ride.
This app requires access to the following device and user information:
- Identity: We access identity information to allow you to automatically sign in if you select “Remember Me” at login and to utilize the Visual Search tool.
- Location: We access your location to allow you to search for dealerships and repair shops, to capture your location for accident reports and to utilize the parking reminder tool.
- Phone: We access your phone to allow you to call phone numbers by simply tapping on them within the app.
- Photos/Media/Files and Camera: We access your camera and photos to allow you to customize your profile and to add images to accident reports.
Features include:
- Support for owners of select 2011-2015 model year Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram, SRT® or Fiat® vehicles.
- Login for Mopar® Owner Connect users to access information specific to their vehicle, including:
• Access to Mopar® Owner Connect profile information.
• A vehicle maintenance section, allowing users to view upcoming maintenance (based on mileage), view dealer and non-dealer maintenance/service records, and record maintenance within the app.
• Recall information, detailing recalls on all associated vehicles.
• Information on the status of any associated service contract.
- Visual Search tool, allowing users to understand warning indicators on their dashboard in real-time, with no more effort than holding their device over the warning light.
- An Accident Assistant which provides users the ability to document and track accident details on their mobile device and locate certified Chrysler repair shops.
- Vehicle information such as operating instructions, warning and indicator lights, inspection and maintenance schedules, and emergency procedures, all easily accessible using categories, bookmarks, search and an A-Z index.
- Handy utilities including a parking reminder and dealer locator.
- Access to brand lifestyle information, including social media networks, brand heritage, and parts and accessories for your vehicle.

This app recognized my VIN just fine, but it says that my truck's next oil change is due in 10,000 miles. BUT the owners manual specifically says to never go more than 8000 miles between oil changes. Shouldn't this app know that if it's written by Chrysler???

Not sure about this app. Lots of good information but when I key in my Vin # it says I bought a convertible but I purchased a sedan.

Worked fine for me. I was able to login using my UConnect info and entered my VIN with no problems. Took away 1 star because the coupons are a year old

When I enter my VIN, the app loads a Chrysler 200 Convertible, I have a 200 limited.(not a convertible) Also the coupon section of the app loads in a way where it is unusable. Seems like after the recall with the uConnect hacking and this terrible app, Chrysler needs to hire someone better developers.

I was thinking how bad could this app be after reading the reviews...... OH BOY THE REVIEWS WERE RIGHT!.... CAN NOT CONNECT TO DOWNLOAD INITIAL CONTENT PRESS RETRY, I MUST HAVE PRESSED RETRY 15 TIMES AND I GET THE SAME MESSAGE., SMH I HAVE FULL BARS ON 4G SERVICE....

Just downloaded this app and it won't even let me use it, says I need a connection to download additional content.......well I just downloaded it just fine. App doesn't even work. Hopefully my new town and country works better than this app.

Says it covers all models but I have a 2013 200 LX the last app covered it specifically but this one only had the 200s not sure how close that is to my model but I guess I will find out.

Decent app, the icons are very small but the app has been useful since I just got a used model 200 , yr 2013. It is a good quick reference to find info without having to search through the owners manual and the "Find a near by dealer" option is nice on how it lists all the nearby Chrysler affiliated garages and dealers to you.

Really needs to be 0 stars because it's only made for owners from 2011-2013 and the resolution is not made for bigger screens. It looks like an ios version with the screen resolution. Chrysler needs to add support for bigger resolution screens and at least vehicles up to 10 years of age. If they do that I will gladly give 5 stars.

App was made for a tiny screen. Maybe an iPhone or done other phone with small screen. It is almost unusable.

With today's devices coming out with higher resolutions.. you guys need to really work on this to keep up. I have a HTC One (M8).. 1080*1920 display.. this app is so small on the screen, I need a magnifying lens to see it !!
