The developers need to do some work on this app before it gets recalled and lemon-lawed. Based on the VIN, the app should know at least SOMETHING about the vehicle. For example, what good are reference materials or maintenence reminders for a gas engine, when the vehicle is actually a diesel? There is a lot of potential for a very helpful app here, but it's got a LONG way to go still!
Why is my 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie Quad Cab identified as a 4500/5500 chassis cab when I scan the VIN with either the Ram Toolbox app or the Mopar Companion app? This, of course, leads to download of improper information about my vehicle and instills little confidence in the accuracy of information provided. While I do realize it's a free app, it is representative of the company's commitment to quality and owner care, and therefore should represent correct information.
Does not support my year of car
Doesn't do me any good our car is a 2010 the app doesn't support cars older than 2011 app will uninstalled. No good
It's great for reference materials but that's about it. Stopped updating the mileage.
The app won't open on my S5.
This app provides superficial information at best. I thought it would be an abbreviated manual with good information -- not here. It will help you buy a new vehicle, but not help with the current one.
Version 3.4 won't install on my Nexus 6. Luckily previous version still works while I wait for a working version.
doesn't work most of the time. and won't update my miles just all in all garbage
Handy. It's been restarting itself repeatedly though recently. (Update: it's still restarting itself just as much half a year later).
Layout is kind of funky and it won't add my 2016 car by its VIN. I have to just add a generic car. Let's get 2016 cars added!
Love it, very impressive and convenient. Simple and easy to use, no more cold truck or hot entry
This application has the entire manual which is very convenient. The only problem is that it takes up too much space and it dont have any option to store on the sd card.
I put in vehicle by vin # and its not mine , what good is that!!
Installed in a new phone and can't find my 2014 Jeep Compass by VIN. It worked in the previous version of the app
Unable to even connect to the server! Keeps telling me the app requires connectivity to download initial content. I'm connected to WiFi inside my truck and it still does not allow me to even attempt to log in. Wtf is up the these Chrysler apps?
Downloads 200C data instead of my 300C despite using my 300C vin#.
Installed this on my Android phone and keep getting "cannot connect to server" message. I tried using the same credentials that I used for the desk top version and still no joy. Sent a message to FCA as directed in other posts and have not heard from them yet. Gonna uninstall in 24 hours unless I hear something soon... Come on FCA, get your act together
Keeps telling me it cannot connect to the server.
Cannot connect to serve
This app or the dodge app will not connect to server
Cannot login... Server unavailable... Come on guys. Hope the car works better...
Does not list 2009 Challenger. Will uninstall.
It might be nice if it allowed one to sign in, it used to two updates ago.
Created account and constantly says wrong user name. Would be a nice app if it actually worked correctly. Could be because it is out of date and won't work for androids new os. I created log in with the app and still does not allow use of the app.
Only 2011 or newer i have a 2006 dodge magnum
I've download both apps and I'm still having problems signing in. They need to fix this crap.
This app is almost as worthless as the owners manual. It has no actual valuable information. Apparently only "city people" own these trucks because the best information found is where to Jack the truck and find the spare tire. Doesn't even give the part number for the oil filter! Would be nice if this app was more of a "companion"
Great app, works great for my 2012 Ram 1500 Crew Cab and for my wife's 2014 300C. Now I don't need two seperate apps. Way to go Mopar.
Why does every app developer think their app needs to run at startup? Asking for account and password permissions, no thank you, collect someone else's information.
Doesn't even tell u anything about your car. I thought i was going to be able to view information about my cars maintenance but this app is pure hogwash. Uninstalling ASAP like RIGHT NOW$!
Great app
I have a.2009
Cars are what makes murica great!
Works just as well as a Ram Truck.
I can not get this app to stay closed. If I manually close this app, it immediately starts back up. Why? So it can use my memory and battery? Not sure why it has to stay running.

No reason to be rubbing as a background process. Wastes resources.
This app sucks...all I can get info on is a truck...not my Journey. All in all the thing is useless and I will uninstall it...if it will let me. Hope my new car works better than this app!

App was good at first, but now is useless. Every time I try to login it says that it cannot connect to the server.
