3.3.4 update still can't sign into my account using FB. How hard can this be to fix?

Can't log in with Facebook at all anymore

App wont even download and cant log in.

This app is crap.. The entire week I was in Moab for the EJS I couldn't check in anywhere to collect any badges. Naturally as soon as I get home it works again. Furious with this terrible app. Just go wheeling and don't bother caring for this. I really wanted those badges since I live on the East coast, but guess that won't happen!!

there's an error with my GPS I've tried it on 2 different cell phones I've made two separate trips to moab to try to get badges for my Jeep open customer complaints not sure what else to do.

Cannot move app to external memory.

I did 2 trails in moab 2 years ago and haven't got badges yet for them ... did 2 more and couldn't even check in .. don't waste your time. ..I had high hopes but it was a flop..

Unable to login with Samsung S7 edge. Worked fine with Motorola Droid Turbo 2.

Great program, terrible app, and it takes forever and a day to receive the badges.

Still can't login after 4/3/17 update.

I signed up on my pc with Facebook and entered my VIN. I have Checked in 6 different places and it always just says "Check-in failed to upload, but don't worry it will upload later.". My account still says that I have 0 Check-ins even days later! Useless!!

This app is about as reliable as my 2012 Rubicon's throwout bearing. Did MOAB all week and check in at every trail, some trails confimed and other trails said "we'll get back to you, but we got you". Get home and checked my activity and it shows nothing. What a turd, im going to attempt to source them elsewhere.

I absolutely Love this app!! No problems checking in and it is very user friendly. My only complaint is it crashes quite frequently. Been trying for 2 days to post pics and it crashes more often than not.

So, after you figure out that you need to log in to the app while still on the grid, and leave the app open so you can at least check in the trail while off the grid, and if you don't enter your address right there you have to go to the website to request the badge, then it takes 4 to 5 months to get an actual badge. (I have a badge from April that I still didn't get). Junk.

App would be 5 stars if it didn't crash when trying to look at the pictures tab or going to your profile. Crashes every single time.

Sucks!..not worth the time..it never works

I've never had an app that crashes so often. Unusable.

Did 3 trails in Windrock park Tennessee this past March. Still no badges have arrived. Says I earned the 3.

Would not let me check in at 2 different parks and missed out on 7 trails.

Submitted 8 trails from my vacation 2 years ago. No badges. Why bother updating an abandoned program?

Download before trip on 2 phones can open either one before it crashes

Crashes every time...waste of space on my phone

Can't log in with facebook. Loading circle pops up and nothing happens.

Used my facebook login, but can't log in anymore. App needs major work.

This used to be an OK app. Yes, the badges take forever to get. Now you can't even check-in to any trails.

Logged in with face book the first time got 2 trails now it won't let me log in any more

Crashes almost every time I try to check-in to a trail or submit a photo.

Did a trail. Failed to load. No badges for me.

Does not work to check in on about half the trails.

I never got the Silverton badges I submitted. Only got Engenier Pass.

Why can't I log in. I want badges. :/ works on lap top not cell phone. ..

Won't stop crashing

Downloaded the app. Went on vacation and did 5 badge of honor trails. Check in failed on all of them. Can't load photos, so I guess, no badges for me. Called the customer support number and was told to go see the dealer. What a bunch of crap.

Did 5 trails Redbird offroad park in Linton Indiana checked in on all and always said failed to load. Never has asked for my vin, nothing. Only has allowed me to upload pics at home

No badge for me I guess because app crashes when I try to check in.

Tried to check in to marble head twice and still hasn't shown up needs and update badly

Constantly crashes, none of my checks in worked. Great idea, terrible execution.
