Used to like it but its now starting to a nnoy me. There is now no option in the outcome or the verdict section of the race card it is the same all the time. I have already emailed racing uk about this said they would get back to me within 48hrs that was 3 weeks ago. What is this update nonsence you click on it it does nothing. Get it sorted please or its gone for good.

Have used this app for a number of years and it's been great. As others have experienced, it has become unusable because of the download request. I have eventually, after losing patience, uninstalled and found an alternative app.

Was a great app but now I can't get into it as keeps asking me to download and update which I have tried but still doesn't work .. and before this problem there was no verdict on any of the races or snapshot on any of the horses? Real shame as I really liked this before all that .. please fix these problems

Poor and I am being kind. Everytime I open this app it asks me to perform an update which was done in October. The update message also states October. What is the point of a non functioning app. As bad as RUK tipsters.

Was ok...but now it's utter s##t must of downloaded it 50 times during the Cheltenham week and it's still requesting an update...sort it or it's gone..

Ended up uninstalling as every time I opened it, it would come up with the update screen. When I pressed that it downloaded into Dropbox. Then when I opened it again it would come up with the update screen. Really not impressed.

This is a great app for horse betters across the country. Facts and figures gallore but lately the SP price has knocked out of view the horses position in its races and it takes three attempts to even load the app which is very frustrating in an age of digital frustration!!!!!
