About My Weight Manager
My Weight Manager allows you to track anything that contributes to your weight!
Since everyone has different lifestyles, and gains weight differently, this app was designed to embrace that fact.
Easily re-label your charts column headings and monitor any combination of the following plus many more:
1) Treats (chocolate, cookies, candies etc)
2) Food Intake
3) Step Count
4) Eating out at Restaurants/Take out
5) Alcohol (beer, wine, shots etc)
6) Junk Food
7) Salt Intake
8) Overeating at meals
9) Cardio Exercise
10) Resistance Training
11) Water Intake
12) Bowel movements
13) Body mass index (BMI)
14) Percent Body water, Muscle and Fat
15) Bowel movements
16) Good days and Bad days (emoticons work well in the chart!)
Logging helps you to determine what works and what doesn’t when figuring out what controls your weight. Once you find the right mix of items to track and make the right adjustments, you will start to notice changes in your weight graph.
The My Chart section features touch-sensitive entries which allow you to quickly reload your information from the chart for easy editing and updating.
The weight values from My Chart will automatically be loaded into the My Graph section to allow you to visualize your weight changes.
In addition, My Weight Manager App allows you to record any tips, tricks and discoveries you make in the Notes Sections. This acts like a diary to help record your goals, challenges and accomplishments.
This simple system provides the user a lot of motivation to stay on track especially once you starting seeing positive results. The app also includes its own daily notification reminder to help keep you engaged in the app and keep you recording your entries. I strongly encourage everyone to use the reminder!

Very easy to use, it's friendly and works great. The simplicity makes the app an amazing asset to anyone who is looking to reach their goal weight wether it'd be gaining or loosing weight. The graph is a very useful tool that helps you visualize exactly what is going on. All in all, great app. I recommended it 100%
