"You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them." Seinfeld's wisdom rings true. They took my order, but yet people who placed their order in store 20 minutes after me got their food before me. I didn't even order anything complicated, just the special. What is the point of ordering from your phone if it adds 20 minutes to your wait? Sorry to the dev of the app, as it's not their fault.
