App clunky. And order not ready after long wait. Did not save me time attached all. I would have been better off ordering in person. #fail

Bubbakoos Neptune city Shaq here!! I want to thank everyone who comes in to our branch for the Bubbakoos experience. We assure you that Wow!! warm Bubbakoos vibe . I can speak for the Bubbakoos nation. We put Peace & Love into every entree. By the way, the app is very creative.

Delivery options are misleading and frustrating. You can't find out if delivery is available until you select Delivery, then the restaurant, then pick and confirm a time, then your address. Shouldn't take 5+ clicks to find out, especially since the app pulls my location anyway. Maybe have people put their address in on the main screen so people don't need to head into the Delivery section just to find out that it's not available.

Staff said order would be ready at a certain time and failed to have it ready despite showing up when it was supposed to be ready (it wasn't ready), came back 20 min later asking where it was said it wasn't ready still, showed up AGAIN and it was finally done.... After my break was done and I couldn't eat it

Cant edit items once in cart. If you spend 10min putting orders in for future delivery and it decides you didn't have enough 'lead time', you have to cancel the whole thing and start over... it's barely convenient so long as you don't mess up ordering

It just works, what more could you ask of an app?

App is great but it won't show the new brunswick location

I'm the second person to download this and I'm proud of it. Bubbakoos is amazing, get a chiwawa, it's life changing. I suggest lava cheese with double pork, BBQ, sriracha, hot salsa, extra sour cream and cheese.

Haven't even used it yet but some things need five stars for their sheer existence

I can't wait to pick up my food:) this app is awesome.

Bubbakoo's is my all time favorite . They deserve five stars for everything
