Chord Simplifier

This basically gives a capo location and corresponding open chords that can be played in place of barre chords which are hard to play.
You select the chords that are part of the original sequence and press "Simplify" and you will get the easiest chord sequence that you can play in place of the original one.
You can use capo location as well to be in the correct key as the original song.
