The app works great, and when a problem occurred with the app, the developer quickly fixed the issue. I wish all apps and developers were this good!

The app will not allow me to enter a form of payment (rejects all entries), rendering it unusable. Needs to be debugged.

Used daily for payments since inception and now using for pickup orders. Fixed ZOMG issue quickly. Need to add cancelling and editing orders.

After the recent update the Bethesda lane location was removed. Could not order the salad I wanted online.

Since the last update, i can no longer use the Order Ahead feature.

I loved using this app until it just stopped working. I'm getting some "zomg there is a problem connecting to the internets" message. I have a stable connection. I also tried reinstalling the app, to no avail. Please fix asap as I am sure you are losing other customers like me.

I want to love this app but will not let me choose a time in the future. keeps refreshing to ASAP. Which defeats the whole purpose of being able to order my lunch ahead of time.

I was using it on daily basis until it stopped working saying that I don't have internet connection. I guess I'm buying lunch elsewhere now.

The app seems to work pretty well (I experienced a bug where I wasn't able to select a later time for pickup, but otherwise ordering was okay), but the payment system is stupid: There are two options, one where you initially pay $25 to add credit to your account, which automatically reloads if your balance drops below $10, and the alternative is a monthly payment system. You'll be charged for each order you've made through the app on the 15th of each month. Unfortunately this is the only way to order food from this place without being there. There seems to be no way to order from the full site.

Worked great until yesterday. Now the app wont load as it says there is no internet comnection. Not worth dealing with the lines. No Chopt for me until its fixed

The app generally works well, but I'm still waiting for the updated destination salads and featured choppings to appear as options in my app menu, although they have been listed on the website for some time :-(

Charges credit card once a month after the first month of installation. Gives you a $10 "credit" for your birthday but, still charges you for the salad on you credit card.

App doesn't work & app outsourced to some foreign country. With 5 bars, it says "ZOMG problem connecting to internets" which is wrong, & they say internets like it's plural. Sad. They need to just let you order online without an app. App was downloaded on 1/18/2017 so it's the current version of today.

When your app does not work and I have to reinstall it what happens to my points?

My cc should be there for online orders. Not a phony apple pay/Google wallet. Also, how about you don't require cc info

Menu doesn't match what's in the restaurants. No seasonal information. No ability to get reward points from online orders.

Nice looking app but don't see full menu and can't seem to order from app.

Can't place an order using app. Can't add an online order to rewards.

Does this app stack rewards with Level Up?

When you take orders online, doesn't it make sense to sync an app with that feature? Can't order from app like Chipotle lets you. 1/5, uninstalled. Used strictly as a method of payment and menu browser, no ordering functionality like many other apps.

Caused more problems than it solved. Also on the page to enter your CC number they spelled "code" wrong. Who is making this app that you aren't making sure your spelling is correct?

UNINSTALLED!!! Do not want my credit card on file. I use other restaurants in my area with an app that has no credit card on file requirement. Chipotle for example. I can pay with either credit card or cash when I get to the store. There's no reason to have credit info on the app.

You ask for to much information- which I will not provide! You dont need my credit card info!

Avoid! Lousy app, support is terrible.

I am so happy that I can pay with my phone. I am leaving my fat wallet at home.
