Chope Restaurant Reservations

I dont know why they removed my previous rating so i rate again!! 1 star because they never gived me the reward for refering my friend. This app is just a scam. There is no way to contact support to solve the issue in the app. How can they not implement that unless they dont want to provide any help. App deleted and my friend too! EDIT: as they asked me below i send the email. They never even bothered to reply. Again as i said its a scam dont download or use this app!

I tried booking with 2 of my active working email address but the app deemed both of them invalid

- Need an option to turn off the (nearly daily) notifications! - The menu is cluttered and hard to find a particular option - Would be nice if there is theme support

U charge $45 for guadetama voucher. Upon sucessfully charged from my credit card then it prompt message that voucher is not available. What is happening? I am currently in the restaurant now! Pls reply me soonest !!

This app is really easy to use, and I love to look through the guides to discover new restaurants to dine at! Really prefer reserving via Chope than having to call up restaurants.

Very easy to use. When doing reservation, very simple as it's autofill the basic information. Lot's of special promo too!!

Poorly designed app. Logging in to my account does not auto-fill basic information like name and email. Upon completion of a reservation, there is no way to navigate home. Rather, I had to click back through each screen.

BUT once i updated the app.. it auto crashes instantly. I cant even open it on my Samsung S5.. shouldnt have updated it at all..

Not user friendly and feel amaturish. The error message too long and flash out in few second. Also not able to add in reservation made through browser.

Asking for too many permissions that are not really necessary.

Push notifications are really irritating

App easy to use for bookings.made a reservation at Savour(Cathay), decided to try the Chope Vouchers at 10% off. What I didn't notice was that they also charge a commission fee for the voucher, so let's say you save $5 for their $50 vouchers, after their charge of $2.8 for commission, your effective savings is only $2.2! There are so many restrictions to the vouchers it's really not worth getting it ever. You have been warned.

Tries to download an update through an off-market channel, which is a terrible security practice, potentially existing users to malware and such. If you want to encourage updating, just link back to the app store. Besides that, the SMS privilege really should not be needed... As far as the app itself, it has quite a clunky interface, though it works.

The app doesnt let me confirm my booking, had to do it thru the websote instead. What a disappointment.

What a lousy service, cancel my booking on my behalf just 30min before my reserved timing. Omg

I've downloaded a few menus but they cannot be opened. Even when i try to open them from Documents. Please fix this?

The latest version has fixed the issue that I was unable to book! Hope it won't occur again.

The app seems to have stopped working completely for me. Wouldn't let me log in, wouldn't load restaurants, wouldn't let me book anything. I've reinstalled a few times but the buttons are just not responding at all. What's going on? Pls fix this.
