They dont speak english. They have been trained to say I will help you then hang up. Start all over again with incompetence.

I downloaded a song I bought the other day and have been trying to download another one and it just keeps loading nothing happens? How can I fix?

Most of the times, it would not connect and one time when it did , some of the files had checksum errors. So I had to download again manually.

Thanks for wasting my money. I had to use my laptop and download each song individually WITHOUT the downloader.

App does not pick up download instruction once the item is purchased. Sometimes it picks up after few days. Please make it more seamless. Otherwise this app is garbage.

This app is useless! Downloaded the app and received 404 error message. Now ive got digital reward codes that i cant even use. What's up? Are you going to fix this app or what?

Error message at open

I was very frustrated installing and uninstalling this app several times after getting error message: 404 Not Found Code: NoSuchKey Message: The specified key does not exist. Fortunately, I realized that once you download the App you have the option from Rewards Digital to download the music files in a .chz file format. When you press the big red download button(I'm using Galaxy S4) you are shown this App in the download options...and when you choose it your download begins and placed in Music folder.

I can't download the rewards music. Deleated the bad app and redownloaded it with same error message. Couldn't open it. Doesn't work the way you think it should. It's said there is no key on the app but my music was downloaded. Weird.

Sucks won't open. And no way to get refund or get help to fix any thing. Don't waste your money or time! Downloaded an album on it lost 12 dollars because won't open
