Theres a reason so few have downloaded this app..it's USELESS

WHY would you remove the ability to add PDFs to claims? WHY? You don't think that's a MAJOR oversight on an app that's supposed to make it easier to ADD DOCUMENTATION TO CLAIMS?

You can only do limited things on the app I as opposed to the web-based version

Please add ability to upload claim documentation and receipts from Google Drive.

Will only let me choose from images to attach. Won't let me pick a PDF file

This app is great for an overview. However, there are some tasks that are not available through the app, or do not work as intended. Specifically, unable to activate choice cards via app. Also, filing claim is not easily completed. Lastly, not easy to navigate following menu going back to previous statement of app being limited. App has potential, if navigation is improved and more task capabilities either fixed or added.

Very simple and straightforward navigation. Click on the tiles and it takes you directly where you need to go without complications. Love the option to add your receipts right under the amount. Super convenient!!

When attempting to submit a claim it is not possible to select a claimant which is a required field. Making it impossible to submit. Reached out to app support with no luck. Save yourself the aggregation and just use the website to submit claims.

Let's you do everything that the actual website does. Love this app.

This app helps both choice and myself keep track of medical spending

There is no way to upload photos??? Remind me the reason i spent so much time with this foolishness...

Every time this app updates my home screen icon dissapears. This last time the icon in my app drawer dissapeared as well. I had to disable and reenable the app in order to get it back. Good app otherwise, I like being able to check my balances on the fly, but please fix that annoying disappearing act. HTC One m8

Need full list of card transactions and claims not just recent

It worked great. Photo interface was easy to use. Miss the ability to remember the device and skip the questions.

It's perfect for keeping organized and submitting claims effortlessly!

Could be so great to submit claims by taking a phone picture, but it has an "internal error" every time I try.

Would have rated this higher if submitting a claim was not broken. Receiving error messages "Cannot contact server" when trying to submit a claim over the span of 2 days. [7/3/2013] Still broken. Error is now internal server error. Down graded to 1 star.
