They aim to create superior economic and social value simultaneously, over the long term. The Higher Ambition Leadership Institute (HALI) is a signature program of CHL. It is an executive development program that provides a unique and powerful platform for participants to simultaneously develop their distinctive leadership voice and capabilities and accelerate progress in achieving their organization’s highest ambitions.
