I could not see an exchange rate in chip chap app and guessed at exchange rate..but sent only 9 euro worth..approx and so it never got transferred onto my entro pay virtual visa card. Are we supposed to guess at btc-euro x rate or did I miss something? Do chip chap or entro pay keep my bitcoin or can they send it back to me? You give bitcoin a bad rep. I sent you 0.025 btc on Jan 4th. Because I guessed wrong Euro-btc exchange rate you are keeping my 0.025 bitcoin. Give me back my bitcoin please.

Sent 10 Euro of Bitcoin to the Chip Chap address. The person in Poland didn't receive the SMS, and didn't get the money. BTC transferred to Chip Chap per the blockchain. You stole my money!!! Emailed Chip Chap week ago, no response. Give me back my F-ing Bitcoin. Now, please.

As others said, you just get error messages displayed on the cash machine. The chip chap support is of no help with refunds. You will be throwing away your bitcoins! In reply to your comments: there is only one ATM network in Poland that offers HAL cashouts and its ATMs all say the same thing (verified many times in many ways) I got no replies from your support either.

Yeah, I get my euros, but it doesn't work seamlessly. The automation could be better. I need more tx history details - a lot more. Your price/coin is too low below market rate. I want better prices. Please remove permission requests from the app for installation. I won't upgrade until these problems are fixed.
