Horrible app and website! Impossible to perform online check in without errors! Check-in process is stuck in the middle and I can't do anything, not even reach an operator via Air China's support telephone numbers - endless waiting time. Will never fly with Air China again!!!

Much better than the old version. Had difficulties navigating at first as I cant read Chinese, but after changing the language to English was able to use it well. Just entered my Dynasty Flyer number and it pulled my upcoming flights automatically. Great work CI!!

Language setting should be on the home page rather than hidden under many Chinese menus which are difficult to navigate by somebody who cannot read Chinese characters. Eventually found after frustrating search. ;-) To select Language:- 3bars at top of page, cogwheel at bottom of page, right arrow at top of page....select.

Unable to find flights to book in on four flights. Pay extra and fly with someone else to avoid Peking airport where you stand in line at the international transfers security for 90 minutes doing the same security check you did at your first airport before starting your flight. Airline aeroplanes are only suitable for very small hobbits. i.e. No leg room

Such a shame how China Airlines produced such outstanding app but failed to make a seamless transition through the original app by updating. It's considered inconvenient when you have to download the new app and having to delete the old app respectively.

Doesn't accept your own reservation code!!!! Check My Trip app accepts China Airlines reservation code but not your own app. Thats what I get for choosing to fly China Airlines for the first time instead of Emirates. Not a good first impression China Airlines!
