Chief Resident Pearls is a collection of flash cards with high yield pearls from Internal Medicine science. Full version has nearly 1400 “must-know” facts from fifteen medical specialties! These facts were selected based on one the following three criteria:

- frequently used by internal medicine residents; these facts are typically included in resident “survival guides”; electrolyte replacement guidelines or antibiotic choice for common inpatient diagnosis belong to this category;
- life savers: ACLS drug doses, life-threatening side effects of drugs, ventilator management rules;
- morning-report worthy facts
