Chief Mobile for Android
Push notifications disappear or don't show in the app. Map sends us to the wrong side of town. Some people get units in the units section, others get "n/a." Interconnectability with Chief Backstage is a plus. This app has a lot of potential but it has a long way to go.
I am not able to access the company alerts and change the sound or access it in anyway
For some reason I don't receive the push notificiation at all like I should. Utilized on a Samsung Note 4. UPDATE 10/5/16: Still no push notifications :(
Can't see what units are dispatched
Works great just wish there were more tone choices
Having problems when he gets dispatched for ambo calls and fire calls sometimes it does send out the messages from the firehouse but not the actual calls from Sussex
This app is really good if I don't have my pager or radio with me. I like how it gives you the call details in the notifications. The issues I have with this app are: -When I hit the notification to view it it will actually take me to a previous incident sometimes and I'll have to exit that incident and wait for it to refresh the call list. -The push notifications S L O W D O W N M Y P H O N E to the point I get a notification while my phone is locked, my phone is almost impossible to unlock. Fix it please!
This app is not notifying me of fire pages it's not popping up on my screen and is not notifying via sound on my galaxy s5 from Verizon

Great app
App keeps crashing. I deleted and reinstalled it. Keeps crashing on me.
You cant map calls unless your gps is on 24/7. It doesnt alert me to calls any more unless i go in and refresh the incidents page. I havent changed any of my settings and for some reason im not alerted to any calls. Not liking this app at all.
Was a good app but now I can't change my status at all.

I'm using the android turbo,, and this app crashes my phone when receiving messages and occasional incidents. I have to restart my phone quite often when using this app.
Highly Recommend! No issues. Awesome app with great features. Mapping feature is very useful especially when responding to alarms out of district. Also, the personnel function is a huge benefit to have to know what your manpower status is.
Great app that ties a lot of the chief technologies functions together on a mobile platform.
Great App, helps with knowing who is responding to calls. Mapping feature is also great to have. No Issues
Latest update cleared up any issues. Great app
The app is awesome. It has been completely rebuilt. The mapping has improved. You can now track members responding. Seems and receive messages.
Works great
Fire police need a text for responding to calls. Also a map corresponding to the call.
Can someone please check app, my phone has just started to say when I check incidents screen sayes "something went wrong " uninstalled app and reinstalled app twice with no remedies, please check, app was working fantabulous, would like it fixed..... thanks
App will not update incidents or messages. Basically useless!
None of the calls are showing up and that makes it kinda useless.

Just like the one gentleman, I'm also not receiving any push notifications besides the general messages. No notifications for incidents. They do show up in the incident log, but I have to actually go in there manually and check to see if there's been any incidents. I have the latest version of Chief Mobile running on a Galaxy S5. EDIT 10/16/2016 - App is causing my phone to lag. Deleted app and everything runs smoothly. Reinstall app and my phone lags.
