Ingo Money – Cash Checks Fast

When I started. To instantly cash it only cost $5. Last paycheck it cost $21 and this time $14 and change. It is very convenient and $5 was magical but I barely make ends meet anything over $10 and I'm missing a meal. Only income VERY tight budget but a necessity as I can't cash elsewhere and my bank is in another state. Takes 5-10 min tops to get money tho.

So aside from them making my check invalid and not able to cash anywhere due to there own error. When I tried to get help I'm looking for the information they ask and they cut me off and now won't help. Doo your self a favor and get a bank account that offers mobile check cashing. This seriously Isn't worth the headache.

Took forever for identity verification. I submitted the check and it was from Western Union which is realy easy to verify. First it said the back was not signed although it was and I put a bigger signature there so the app can see it . Tried three times and still didn't accept the check! Just wasted couple hours !

This first time I tried to use Ingo last year I was not impressed at all but they must have made some major improvements. I needed to cash a check and was not near my bank and the Ingo process was seamless with Capital One. The fee wasn't bad but the convience was great. I'd recommend for sure

I was pleased at first being only charged the $5 to take care of my pay check and being able to split it. But today as usual since I get paid every Tuesday I go in to do my usual deposit and the charge comes to $21! I emailed customer service, their response was because my paychecks have a signature on them I will now be assessed a higher fee! I am no longer using this app and will research for another company to go thru to do my business.

I've been using Android apps since they first came out. This is one of the most straightforward and easy to use check cashing apps I have tried. It's virtually instantaneous if you're willing to pay a 5% fee, and if you want to wait you can get the money into your PayPal or credit card account or bank account when it gets through the Clearing House. I use it.

I was very skeptical after reading all of the horrible reviews. My ID is expired and couldn't cash my check anywhere so I had no choice. My check was approved in about 5 mins and deposited in 5 more...I recommend it if you have no other way to cash your check. The $5 fee was worth it for the convenience...would recommend this to anyone!!

I was a little leery, giving out personal info and all. Money was in my account instantly (which costs $5, no charge if you wait 10 days for deposit). No problems so far, but will update if I come across any.

CUSTOMER SERVICE? Not here. After 1 successful check.. I keep getting the all elusive error a103. I figured they flagged my account. Signed up my uncle? Same thing. My roommate? A103. I signed my wife up on her phone.. A103. This check will not be reviewed.. BUT WHY? Their customer service has nothing on this, and they are unreachable. Their phones Dont have humans either. -5/5!!!!

Aside the 5 buck Dee they charge to cash a payroll check, this was so much easier than going to like Wal-Mart and paying 3 bucks but stand in long lines forever, oh dont try to use a pencil to void your check cuz it wont work, I tried already..lol

I am so delighted with this so and program! I am disabled and low incomr. I have to hire a taxi anytime I go out. It costs me minimum of $12.00 each time! So Ingo is not only convenient, but it saves me money already! Thank yoy!!!

I tried cashing my check. I did everything I was supposed to and it would not cash it, so I had to cash it at a check cashing store cause I really needed my money and it said that I was a high risk and that they had to close my account. So disappointed

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!! CASHED MY CHECK THEY ACCEPTED IT , THEN SAID BEFORE THE FUNDS CAN GO TO MY ACCOUNT I NEED TO WRITE "VOID" ON MY CHECK , WHICH I DID .. THEN I TOOK A PICTURE AND THEY KEPT SAYING THEY COULDNT SEE THE WORD VOID WHEN I COLORED IT BOLD WITH CRAYON!!! I KEPT TRYING AND THEN THEY DELETED MY ACCOUNT && NEVER CASHED MY CHECK!! NOW I HAVE A CHECK WITH A HUGE "VOID" ON IT AND NO MONEY WITH NO IDEA WHAT TO DO!!! WORST APP EVER!!!!!!!!

In short a piece of crap have never got this,app to work always denied checks then suspended our account because were a risk your app doesn't work for sh*t. Don't waste your time!

It takes this app 10+ perfectly clear photos for this app to take you check, and when it finally does take it it charges you $8+ for a barely over $200 check.

Finally something that does exactly what it says it does. I could not get out to my Bank to deposit a check and I really needed the money. All I had to do was take three pictures of the check w/ my smartphone and the money was loaded to my debit card IMMEDIATELY. That was two weeks ago and I am still in shock at how it worked so quickly and flawlessly.

Do not I Repeat Do NOT doNT PUT IN YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER an d.o.b that info will not get you to a live person.NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ie Machine/ Computer.Check time zone before writing void. For the life of me; I can never understand how something so good can go so bad. I was using Ingo for a good while as it seemed convenient, easy, and overall very efficient. Then I was unable to use it for about a month as I was in transition of getting a new cell phone. Today even after I uploaded UpSide.card to my account and then continue to use Ingo, I get this message about some horsecrap saying unable to verify me. And alof of the reviews are correct when they say hard to try reach ingo's customer serv

Didn't know how I was going to get a check cashed without all the hassle. This app is great, quick and easy. There is fee to load checks and get money in minutes but I feel it's worth it

I love the app for its check cashing experience. But always tells me no history even after payday. Uhg I will rate 5 when I can see deposites and usage history made to and from my card

Still unable to login I tried to reregister but it keep saying someone already has that account, that would be me. Customer service is a recording someone please get back to me so I can work this out or I'm taking my business elsewhere. Yes I know you responded to it last time. This thing can barely take a decent picture. I've used several apps, including one from a small bank that I thought was difficult until I encountered Ingo. UPDATE: The picture taking process has gotten better. For some reason, it doesn't recognize my bank as a valid bank even though no one else has this problem. Also, how about fixing the calendar selection so it doesn't take 3 hours to get to the right date if you were born before 1990? Update 2: now we have a sitaution where one check from same person works fine, but another check does not. Says "bank invalid." No other help or indication of problem. Your app and service is crap.

Worst service ever. Closed my account when I tried depositing a check and could not give me a reason for it. Customer service is Terrible and every rep I spoke to had an attitude like I should feel privileged they even answered the call. Read through all the reviews here and you will see this is the worst choice for a check deposit app out there. Simply pathetic.

I didn't want to give this crap any stars!!! This app is garbage!! It takes you through way to many changes in order to try and deposit a check. Then you can't even speak with a real person. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!

Dont waste your time with these people. They dont what is advertised. They ask for social so beware! Im placing a credit security alert just to make sure they dont steal my credit information.

Was quick and efficient and I don't mind the 5 dollar fee for money in minutes. Only had the A103 error once and had my account fixed by the next day. Was unsure why, but customer service resolved the issue regardless.

Awful. Costumer service is probably in another non English speaking country. Thank you, for having me follow all the steps, write VOID in black marker ALL OVER my check and then tell me there was an issue. You can't get to a person on the phone, and then you direct everyone to chat with a live rep online to just get a message that no one is available and to try again in 24 hrs. I am so grateful this was a small check, because I'm out that amount. Thanks InGo, for promising more than you want to do and for being completely unavailable, unwilling and unconcerned to help a customer.

I like this app when i can get it to work... i have been using it for months now but it worked better before one of the updates... when i try to take a pic of my check now its is blurry and won't cash

The old Amex Serve check depositor was horrible. This is much quicker and for a very reasonable convenience fee of only 1%. First check cleared their checks in about 9 minutes.

I normally love this app. Me and my friend have never had an issue with it and have used it for over a year but for the last 3 days it keeps saying "cannot read bottom of your check please take a new picture of the front of your check" but the picture is clear as can be and it's from the same business that I've cashed checks from many times before with no issue. Really frustrating when there isn't a bank near our town to cash my checks.

Doesnt work at all! A complete waste of time. The app refuses to acknowledge the photos of the check even though they are perfectly clear. Inputted all the information and attempted to cash one check which was under $300 and the app locks me out and says it cant verify my information? Complete waste of time and now I dont know what they did with all my personal information! Just use a check cashing brick and mortar store. The technology is not good enough yet for deposits by mobile.

Well I installed this app and registered for new account. Come to find out, I had already registered an account with Ingo. So I clicked on forgot password, put in my email, last 4 of social and birthday. Then it said that my password has been reset and an email has been sent. I have been checking my email all day for more than 13 hours and still haven't received an email with a link to reset my password. I wasn't able to make it to the bank yesterday to cash my check due to work and so.i felt that it would be convenient to try this app out. Well I wasn't able to try it out and the reset password links take forever to arrive. Still haven't received anything yet and I really wanted to try it out. I also called customer service with no help at all. So plz help if you can. Thanks.

So after taking the time to sign up and give them all my information, they said the checked i scanned was too old?! Wth! Its written for today!!!

Piece of garbage service. No live human to contact and rejecting payroll checks for no good reason. Won't even verify them which is solo easy to do. There is no live chat option on your website.

Took my money, made me void the check, then didn't deposit to my account. When I tried calling I got the run around via the automated system, go online for the "live chat" option and all that's available is an email address. I could've done this faster through my own bank and now I have to spend tomorrow trying to reach a real person to get my money, minus the $5 fee for getting screwed.

Had a check approved, wrote "void" across the front as instructed, after 3 attempts for the "voided" check they rejected the check. Which meant have to go back to the people who issued the check for another. I then received and email stating I was too high risk and they were closing my account. Thanks for nothing ingo!

If I could give a zero rating, it would be so. They refuse to cash a Tax Refund check. A Government check. Don't use this app!!!!!

Tried using this app with two different checks to fund my Moven account. Both were declined. Very frustrating.

Very convenient and easy. No bank hassles. Personal checks can be a bit annoying and embarrassing. They call the person and ask them if they wrote the check repeatedly.

This is too good to be true. This is SO convenient for instant access to my paycheck. I've had issues with several banks over their fees. For $5 each time I load my card, I have instant access to MY money and NO hidden fees. Thank you INGO!!!!!!! Update 10/4/14~~ still working beautifully, even after a two month lapse on my part. Picked up like it was yesterday...fast, efficient and convenient!!!!Update 2/6/2016 ~~even after eight months of inactivity I was able to load my card like it was yesterday! 1/27/2017 I haven't used the app in so long I can't remember when I last did. They never forget you once you're in the system!! Loaded like it was yesterday once again . Love this app!!!!
