I've tried to use this app numerous times because of the photo check feature or to check my account and I've only gotten it to maybe 8 times out of 50. Just reinstalled it and still worthless. I would love to have this app if working correctly. Please fix!

I had this app a while ago and it worked. But for the past year or so I keep trying to download it because it would be nice to be able to check my account on my phone but it had not worked for a long time. Just freezes on the loading screen. Once in a while it lets me try to log in and never recognizes my password. The site does the same thing on my phone but works fine on my laptop.

Too many times the app won't recognize your password and you have to retry until you get in or get locked out. ......LIKE NOW !!...once again the last update caused more issues when trying to log in......this app is really starting to suck!

This application needs updating, only works half the time, very frustrating

The app and the website down too often.

This app works fine for me when it actually let's me use it. Half the time the app is down and gives me error messages. It's very frustrating as banking apps are a pretty important part of day to day life these days. When it actually opens and lets me use the app, everything is fine. But it's always a game of chance and I hold my breath every time I try to log in.

This app works fine when I am connected using WiFi, but won't work using my data plan. It just gives me an error with the bank phone number, but nobody at the bank seems to know what the problem is.

The app updated a week or so ago and now I can't access my account. Keep getting error message with 800 number to call. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but this doesn't work. Used to use all the time now it is useless.

I had older version then installed newer version. It will not allow me to deposit paper check. Then it locks up. Very disappointed. Now I have to mail my check to bank. Frustrated customer here.

Cannot make deposits, gives an error whenever I try to type the amount.

I have a Samsung Galaxy s5 and for some reason, the deposit tab is missing. Can't make mobile deposits. Other than that, it's pretty decent.

Even though it shows current balance and available balance, it's never accurate. I also have a Corning Credit Union account and it's app is so much better. Its more reliable than this app. Anytime I make a deposit, it should show me a current balance with the deposit and the available balance should be different until the check is cleared. Never does it do this, the amounts are always the same amount. Annoying! Not reliable. Also, deposits should be a different color then the withdrawals. Easier to find.

I've used this app alot, now it won't work. Updates say bug fixes. I'm what you thought you fixed because it worked fine before. Consistently stating system error. Please unfix whatever you thought you fixed! ......... Update... After completely uninstalling it and reinstalling it seems to be working for now.

This was the best banking app I'd ever dealt with...until I updated it today! :-( it does not work at all! I can't sign in, get any banking info I need...what the heck???

Loved the app & used it daily. Have been unable to open it for 3-4 weeks, so it is useless now.

Why mess with an app that worked perfect before. Now half the time I can't login and it's extremely frustrating

I like the app but when the phones have updates or system does it takes a long time for it to start working again.

Still doesn't work after all this time. You have a long ways to go. Fix it and I will change my rating. Why not look at other banking institutions like Corning Credit Union?

Almost every other time I go to use this app, "System Error has occurred" 2 years now and still has this same issue..

The old app worked great and now I can't even log in to the new one. Someone please fix this ! It would be nice to be able to check my account when I want to again !

Use to work with no problems but almost everyday now, it malfunctions and won't work unless I Uninstall and reinstall the app. Please fix.

Uninstall this app and reinstall it. It worked after the update when I did this.

When I updated my phone to android 6.0 I had to uninstall and reinstall the app.

The app isn't working at all since the last update.

Stopped working

Now it won't open!! Just gives a number to call for assistance but they have no idea what to do. Please fix!!! I rely on this app!!

Can't even try to sign in, just closes. Fix please. Then I'll rerate. Uninstall, reinstall. Everything's good.

One day it works fine, the next day it won't even load for me to log in, or says my "credentials" are Incorrect when they aren't. It'd be nice to check my account to without these problems.

This app does not work! At all! Fix it now!!!!

The old version was working great. Got the update, now I can't log in. When I type in the correct user name it automatically types in my password where my user name should be and won't let me change it. Really frustrating. Please fix it.

Current and available balances still incorrect. I have mentioned this for 2 years. Still not fixed.
