Y'all need to get y'all's head in the game man. FIX THE APP! Read your customers reviews and fix the damn app! My notifications don't save in the app, it keeps going back to default. Alarm Clock also sucks, it never sets to the time I assigned. FIX THE APP! I DONT KNOW HOW YOU HAVEN'T UNDERSTOOD THAT YET!

I'm fed up of this now. Update after update and the alarm is still broken. Just last night i set if for 7:15, made sure it was the right time and turned on. I woke in the morning to find that no alarm had gone and when i checked again in the app,it said it was set for 00:00! This would get 4 or 5 stars if I knew how to stop this from happening.

24 hour time format is severely needed, or get rid of the zero in the afternoon. 07:00 displayed in the evening is so confusing and incorrect. When time begins with a zero, that immediately means morning. 1900 is correct, but 7:00 wouldn't be completely wrong like 07:00 is. All the cool designs and options need random pattern display. Like others have mentioned, the app needs more display options. Having to manually change the display features defeat the purpose of having so many options. Please add the option to randomly cycle through your favorite designs while ultimately returning back to the clock, or a specified "home screen." Let users choose how often the cycle occurs, eg. every 5 minutes, 20 minutes, 60 minutes, ect...like a ticker tag display. A simple software patch will earn this 5 stars!

I have the new Aurabox 2.0. The App doesn't recognize it at all. I'm connected and can play audio but that's it. I've used the 1.0 and everything worked fine but now...nothing.

I seriously love it. but the main drawback is the time format... why does it have to stick to 24? can you please give us the option to change it to 12!? please guys.

Can't see why they need access to my storage and photos. Or location. And that it won't work without those permission, go pound sand. You can't just have my data. Eat a bag.

I just got my aurabox today and was excited to play around with it but the gallery in my app is completely empty. I can only create my own images. Please help!!!

It would be great if the app didn't crash everytime I tried to change a song.

Sister got me this as a birthday gift, works well just wish the built in gallery and built in alarm clock worked.

It's a good app just wish the app had a stop watch and a timer for the speaker

Poor app.. The app installed with tons of images, but none in the app gallery.. this is crappy app.. pls fix this..

I recently got the AuraBox as gift from my dad and I'm so far pretty pleased with the product, but I have a problem. My AuraBox works just fine, but it's the app that has problems. When I launch the app the screen turns black and doesn't start. I have checked and both the app itself and my OS and it is up to date. Hope you fix the problems because now I'm a bit disappointed in the product and hope to see improvements in the future. The app and device has a great potential, but the problems set it back. Hope you understand why I give one star.

Bought for daughter but app won't open which means I can't set the alarm or even charge the time. Absolute rubbish

I bought the Divoom Aurabox but the app is simply crashing. Not able to open the first screen also.

It worked at first and all was good but i uninstalled it and recently got it back but now it goes to a gray and black screen then takes me to my home screen....?

I downloaded the app early January and the app worked. Now that my soeaker will not play any of my music , i redownloaded the app and now nothing? Do something please!

As someone else said, let the API/protocol be open. The present app has some problems: the gallery should also be used for the animation feature so you don't have to redraw pictures, and a picture should be the basis for the next animation frame (not blank). The notification switches are buggy. It would be good to have a scrolling text mode. Colour editing would be good too.

Nifty idea, but lacking in features. I really enjoy drawing designs up on the LED screen. It's fun. However, the app is really limited in what you can do with the designs you draw. It's basically: show the design now or save it. Feature Requests: Integrate with IFTTT app (assign own designs to received notifications) Expose an API

It's a good app and a good product, but it doesn't work on Android Nougat 7.0. You constantly get a Chinese error message on screen during any phone use (even when not using the app...). Needs fixing - hence the low score

Notification settings are broken. Every time I close and open the app again, different notifications are enabled instead of the ones I want. I would also very much like an exposed API for IFTTT support. Volume of speaker is set to maximum every time it restarts. Also needs more customisation, such as changing clock colours.

I really like the idea of this, but I'm disappointed that it doesn't do more. The main thing I was hoping it would do was show me my notifications and the weather outside with an image associated with the condition. Neither is something I can do. If I turn on notification access, it shows this message in Chinese. Edit: Apparently the message appears after you get a notification it doesn't support, and the message means: "We are sorry that the program will quit abnormally."

Now works with N, but still has the same problems with notification. It keeps resetting my notification preferences and it has been doing this before updating to N. Please fix these errors. Edit: now toast notifications are popping up.

DO NOT BUY THIS SPEAKER. When you buy this speaker you buy it because of the features, not because of the sound because the sound is bad, flat, not loud enough. Most of the features do not work like it should be so overall I do not recommend this product. I have this product for almost 6 months now, none of the issues are solved and App updates are rare.... 1.notifications work Only 1 of 3 times 2.set an alarm and it does not work sometimes (thanks i was 2 times too late on my job). 3.not much sounds to choose for an alarm ringtone, also you can't set a custom alarm ringtone within the app. 4.alarm sounds are too quiet so i slept a few times trough it..... Be smart and do not buy this device.

I can't have sound notifications so visual ones are very useful. Could you please setup supporter for other apps to use the notifications and also let us edit the notification icons. That would be amazing! Definitely worth another start ;)

Every few seconds, this app pops up a toast notification in Chinese. It's really annoying, this app shouldn't be running in the background all the time.

Constantly giving me a Chinese error message popping up at the bottom of my screen. Want to use my Aurabox but can't deal with these messages every ten seconds.

Update: Chinese alert error message keep being show.. can't allow the notifications.. Please fix this otherwise I will return this. Update: I returned it. Thanks

Needs alot of improvement. Certainly not worth its 70 pounds. Temperature always showing around 30 degrees and its October in the uk

The product works well but the app itself is pretty awful. Almost no customization at all and constantly crashes.
