Used to have a wide variety of offers and rewards for merely submitting a receipt. These days the offers seem more and you no longer even get the 1p reward and the competition seems to have stopped. On the odd chance there is an offer it constantly fails to upload the receipt, progress gets to 100% and then it fails. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache and no difference.

Since the last update the camera on my moto g works again. Still some good offers to be had keep up the good work

Used to be great but now freezes every time I try to upload a receipt. Can't get my cash back.

I have been trying to submit my first receipt all morning. It hasn't got past 16% uploaded before it says it's failed. I must have tried about 50 times already. If it worked, it looks like this would be a really good app. A good range of products and lots of stores included.

Its nice to try the free items i wouldnt even buy.keep up brill work. A little over a month ago it rejected 50p for bread so i let it slide. So now it again is not uploading images not past 36% now i have two beers at around £3.60 ..that were ment to be free! I hope i get this issue sorted.app needs improvements .i have used for over a year and were no issues.

Uploaded my first receipt not a problem and i got £5.05 saving so i was made up. I tried to upload a receipt for the past three days and nothing I've been to the website and still nothing its not looking good £10 i shoulf be getting back.

Have a problem with uploading receipts despite uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing apps cache... On my mi5. It used to work flawlessly on my Redmi note 2 but now I have to upload the receipts through the website which is a pain. Managed to get loads of freebies/discounts thanks to the app.

Been using the app for over a year and claimed £100+ in cashback. Recent app updates cause it to crash often when submitting receipts but thankfully you can submit via the website which always works for me.

Free food, seriously, more people should know about this app, plus brilliant discounts on shopping, 5 stars for sure, so I stick by my original review, but there should be some incentive to refer friends, there is on most other of these apps, come on checkout smart, pull your finger out

I have been trying to update my payment details but because I have logged on through Facebook it won't let me change them?

What is going on I can no longer see the offers. Please urgently sort this had previously given it a 5✴

Checkout Smart! The best app for freebies! I've used it for 2 years now and I Love it because it's very user friendly, being updated with new offers weekly(PLENTY FOR MY LITTLE ONES) , customer service is superb. I have £208 on my account. Tried so many things for free I would never buy! Super awesome great! Keep the good job TEAM! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I really like this app. It has good deals and even if the product is on offer in store you still get the same cashback amount (ie: product half price in store at 50 pence. The offer on the app is £1 cashback - you will still get the £1. Lots of freebies too! Sometimes I have trouble uploading receipts after I've taken the photos to submit. TIP: make sure the person at the checkout or you don't fold the receipt as it's hard for them to read. I've had to contact customer services a couple of times re queries and have to say they have a very prompt SLA. This wouldve got 5 stars but I'd like to receive notifications on offers if it could be linked up to location services.....maybe something to think about.

I absolutely LOVE this app. Soooo easy to use and there are always well known brands to choose from. Cashback and freebies...it's a no brainer.

There should be a feature which allows each person to swipe away the deals they do not want to see or allow user to place them in a 'vault' away from main deals for later ref.

I'm really annoyed logged in to start using again and my balance has gone back to £0 despite having money in my account.

This new update says it fixes bugs, mine worked fine until I updated it now it won't even let me sign in saying an error has occurred. Thanks.

Supposedly have cashback already earned - can't confirm that as can never access the app! Constantly says 'unknown error occurred' with no option to contact customer services or the like. I can't access any features or even log in after seeing if signing out would work. Have uninstalled and reinstalled five times now. Sadly going to have to give up and forfeit the money so far; the app is no good to me if I can never access it!

Good app, but would like to filter on savings, not just shop.

Really love this app. Lots of freebies too. Plus they do normally renew the same cashback option if I missed out the first time. I use this app everyday. Love seeing my cashback go up and up. Easy to use

Love checkout smart but just updated with new app and can't upload receipt. Have tried on 2 devices. Very frustrating!

I originally liked this app, but it won't let me upload any receipts now. Not very impressed at all right now.

The new update has ruined the app for me. To upload the receipt it takes 3-4 tries because app keeps crashing when taking pictures. Please fix it!!!!

Payment is meant to be Thursday am still waiting. So not very impressed with this. Contacted customer service but email sent earlier in day no other contact.

I did like this app when it was working, but tried using it a couple of weeks ago and found I was logged out, tried logging back in but couldn't get in, tried the forgotten password option still no joy, emailed checkoutsmart help who got back to me with a password to use, tried it and still can't get in....so annoying especially as I've already earned money from purchases but can't get into my account!

Was a great app but since recent update it's been ruined. Version 1.6.6 still won't allow receipt uploads. After a week waiting and being signed up for beta tester not good. Why have you changed a perfectly good app

It won't work at the minute just keeps saying logged out and going off. Not good. Hope its sorted soon because I can see I'm not the only one

This is by far the best shopping app i have used! Very easy and effective! But bad point is that each receipts you get 1 pence

App keeps crashing when uploading reciepts, not very good. Doesn't let me claim what I've bought as my reciepts don't say what I'm claiming for

Loved this app but know it wont let me claim. Take picture of receipt and then it goes back to the home page. I have reinstalled but still doesn't work.
