This game is engaging with a capital E. Despite my four-year-old not being a particularly huge PAW Patrol fan, (he actually said, “I don’t like PAW Patrol”), he quickly became obsessed with this game! I think this is due to the fairly simple and repetitive actions that are all done within each mission.

The game mechanic is endearingly retro where kids just use their fingers to steer their preferred pup to collide with objects in order to collect them. The ease of control makes it easy for even the littlest fingers to make their pup go where they want them to go.

At first my little guy struggled to avoid obstacles while flying with his pup, I really like that these ‘mistakes’ while navigating were met with encouraging audio saying things like, “uh oh” and “whoops” rather than any full-on negativity
