Clear, concise information about each property helps to set proper expectations prior to arrival - no surprises here! I'm a HT advocate from here on out. Great job!

This app is a model for so many others! Started as a real-time bargain hunter for users, accelerated open-stock sales generator for hotels, it has been improved constantly. Not just interface and functionality, but broader utility (trip planning, geo pricing, etc.) has made this an even more powerful tool for both sides of the equation. In-app chat with hotels would be nice.
