Wow, I am so disappointed in the service. I paid £5 into my credit balance & it hasn't even gone through since 2 days. I even called the "support" helpline. They said I was probably "responsible" for the error on my end and that they will try to sort it out. I have not heard from them in 2 days since I last called. This isn't how customers should be treated. I just glad I only paid £5 rather than what I initially intended. Not a good first impression at all.I suspect a lot the few good reviews are fake, the coments are too generic and similar in phrasing.

Recharged 5 dollars, amount deducted from bank but no balance shown in the app account.! Email id is also not recognised by the app. Great waste of time, money and data.....

It took money and then whenever I call it deducts money per minute. I called my fixed phone beside me it did not connect but deducted money. I sent email to thier support but got no response. Total fake and waste of money.
