Mobile Crisis

The Chautauqua County Suicide Awareness and Prevention app is designed to help users easily recognize the signs of suicidal behaviors. Whether the user is the person struggling with thoughts of suicide or the user is a family member, loved one or friend, it allows the person to access the help they need immediately. Special features of the app are the Teen and Adolescent pages that allow quick and easy steps for teens to help friends in need, and not only with suicidal behaviors but to recognize signs of teen substance use and self-harm behaviors as well. This app is not a substitute for a professional diagnosis and/or treatment: This app should be used as a tool in the first steps toward awareness, prevention and getting help, as well as helping loved ones through difficult times.
