Useless service if you want them to pick you up in Central Glasgow. Taxi was only despatched from Newton Mearns 5 mins before the session over was due at Queen Street Station. Called diver, he tells me he is 4 mins away. Taxi tracker shows him way on the other side of Glasgow at least 10+ mins and at still. Called the main number and a stroppy despatcher on the other end - no apology. That's how they work.... Taxi is booked just before it's required no matter how much in advance you book it. Hence Uber.....

Can't select an address for pickup without "app stopped" error message. Fails every time, guaranteed, with about ten tries. So basically it doesn't function at all

Tried to book a taxi, told me to call the office. If I wanted to do that, I wouldn't download the app.
