Bounds Taxis

Had to unistall. Useless. Update..... Managed to use it once now EVERY time I select log in it crashes and kicks me out. Still useless

Unable to connect server. And this is going on whole week now

i tried to create an account, to login with g+ and with fb but no result! i quit!

Was working fine until update, pointless as can't book a taxi as it keeps stopping and closing.

When the first contact with an app is that you can't register, you kind of lose faith that it will work at all.

Impossible to find Northampton train station as an address you want to be picked up from. I haven't even got to the point where I find my destination. Can't believe how this app exists. One of the worst pieces of software I have ever seen.

App is okay, drivers are rubbish.

No connection to server....

This app works swiftly, and our taxi arrived within minutes. But it can't cope with variable fares. What is the point of quoting a minimum fare of £9 when the fare will be over £18? Poor implementation, only explained when the driver has pulled away. Do better. App permissions are bizarre - why do you need access to my contacts and address book?

Used to be a straightforward app that allowed me to book a taxi in seconds with no hassle. Now it needs a login, which I'm not interested in, and the GPS prompt refuses to go away until you allow it. This app does not need my location unless I need it to know my location, the user has to be allowed to choose this. Waste of time.

I need to grant permission etc. Use to be better before. I will now use a different cab company

Booking was a breeze. Notifications kept me up to date on driver location. Driver was prompt and polite. Highly recommended.

Like this app and would of scored better if it excepted letters in the door numbers !! Have to ring every time to get collected because my door number has a "B" in it ..

Update to my original review.The history still doesnt work properly. Worst bug is if the app fails and you ring the controller. Ive ended up with duplicate taxis !!! Making me look bad! ORIGINAL--- The app works flawlessly and makes booking an absolute ease! The live tracking is amazing and bounds also text to keep you upto date if you don't want to watch it. Bounds as a taxi service overall are okay, could do with some car upgrades but the app makes up for that.

App forces you to login but crashes as soon as you do so (with Google) or click the register button. Trying to login with Facebook gives an error stating that the app is in development mode. Compared to the old app this is absolute rubbish, impossible to use.

This app works yes, but the people accessing the information are incompetent. I got texts about other peoples bookings, wrong car information and the car was late. Quicker to phone or better still, use a different company.

The app is fantastic. You could not get a better polished version if you tried. Buddie system is a great way of being tracked by your wife lol 5/5 bounds keep up the good work.

I love this app...when I first used the app I literally wet my knickers with excitement in a local cafe...I love the car feature that actually has a yellow taxi bubble on...the car moving is awesome...small minds I know but..give it a go trust me it is amazeballs....

Love the fact it automatically registers without having to enter the code. Old app was good, this one is great. Well done Bounds!

Constant crashes, and seems to chew far too much data just to book a cab. Also used 25% of battery during day.

Uninstalled as when I make bookings, the app always puts start point and end point as the same location
