Charlie Charlie Pencil Game is a decision-making app based on the viral video. Using it is simplicity itself: just tap the Start button, and the onscreen pencil will spin around until it comes up with a yes or no response. It's a fairly simple app that I made as a practice exercise. It's ad-supported and the permissions required are only for in-app billing (which is to remove the ads and support the developer).
