Wish it was more robust like the website. The filter function doesn't really work when searching charities. Nice that it tells you definitions and rationale for metrics. Wish it mentioned how efficient the organization's evaluated are in achieving their target goals. Also wish there was a way to nominate a charity. Voting could be another option to crowd vote for a certain neee (they could limit up votes by requiring an account to vote and 1 vote/account)

Love the service but the app needs work. The Lists page causes an app crash, lookup can take upward to two minutes and the UI is cluttered and needs updating.

Evidently, when your charity is unrated, clicking it anyway causes a yuge crash

Recently bought off by the Clinton Foundation. I will delete it today. Very sad because I have relied on it in the past.

How do you score/rate a Nonprofit on it's financial overhead? Would you expect a business to grow without investments in marketing/advertising/salaries to retain good employees? Then how can you expect to rate a nonprofits worthiness and impact in a community using unfair analysis on whether or not it 100% of the donation goes to a "cause". Wouldnt you rather some of your donation go to advertising and marketing that will help that nonprofit grow its impact? This app is toxic for nonprofits and causes.

I use the Website from my computer all the time, and love it. But the Android app won't let me log in to see My Charities. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but I still have the same problem. It just spins forever when I open the app, and then crashes if I hit "My Charities."

I am happy to have this tool to aide me as I choose my charities.

I don't give money to any charity without first checking out its performance thru Charity Navigator. And...it keeps me updated if a charity's performance falters or excels.

Signed up and tried to log in multiple times, but it says my username and password is incorrect. Android 6, Nexus 5x.

1 star is too much for this app. I can log in online. However, when I log in through the app, the app freezes.

Look up and track charitable organizations you give or are considering. See how they stack up to the fiscal responsibility, transparency, and other metrics. Still limited to core functions, but great potential for added value like finding charitable organizations near you, real time alerts or news about organizations on your list, etc.

I like to know how much of my charitable contribution is actually being applied to the project itself and to administration costs.

It won't open all it says is application error and that the connection was unsuccessful I have an active connection though. Please fix this and I will be happy to give 5 stars me and a few friends are starting a group and bank account for charity and I need info of those charities near me. Please fix (: Thank you
