Life Flight Network (LFN) is the nation’s largest not-for-profit air medical service and has provided residents across the Northwest and Intermountain West with the finest air medical transport for nearly 4 decades. The mission of Life Flight Network is to provide critical care transportation to seriously ill or injured patients in a safe, compassionate, efficient, and expeditious manner in a fiscally sound environment and with a goal of positive and sustainable growth.
