Allegheny Traffic Cameras Pro

Not one single camera is showing/working in the entire app in the Pittsburgh area! And to think I paid for this!!!! Terrible!!

With the exception of the Parkway East those cameras always either have video loss or no feed

Was using the free version and decided it was time to reward the developer for supporting our area. Although better than the free version there are several bugs; screen format issues, and Alert function hangs, gas station list display coruption (html). Would be nice to either have higher resolution shots, and/or allow for a single, dual, or quad array of cameras for tablets.

This is a great app. If you ever travel the Parkway you'll appreciate being able to check how far its backed up AFTER you've left the house. It loads webcam images from the PennDOT site, but the convenience really comes in that you can create a shortcut to the cameras that are most important to you on a home screen. I loaded up one home screen with shortcuts to the cameras most important to me. Now, when I am ready to head out, I can tap on the "Squirrel Hill Tunnel" shortcut that I made and see how far the Parkway is backed up at the moment. Check each webcam going out the Parkway to see just how bad the traffic is at the moment. You can also set a list of favorites so you can easily scan the cameras that you care about the most. It would be nice if it took a few less taps to switch between cameras. The free version actually switches cameras with fewer taps because it remembers which camera menu you had open. Maybe a button on the camera screen that advances to the next camera in your favorites list would help. Or maybe an option to switch to the next camera in the favorites every 5 seconds. If I'm going to check the cameras while driving -- the fewer taps the better.
