Harness (Unreleased)

Harness is a suite of productivity tools built in the interest of utilizing the latest in software and hardware technologies to make every day tasks more efficient. The initial release of Harness isn't so much a suite as it is a single tool: conference room reservation.

How many times have you asked yourself, "Which conference room is open right now?" With Harness, you can quickly see all the conference room availabilities in one list and act on them.

In version 1, you can:
- See which rooms are available and for how long.
- See when currently reserved rooms become available and for how long.
- Reserve rooms for 15, 25, 40, or 50 minutes, depending on availability. Harness will create a calendar entry blocking the room, using your CM account.
- See how much time you have remaining in your room reservation.
- Release the room resource should your meeting end sooner.
- View the details of the generated calendar entry, should you want to change it.

Room reservation features coming in future versions of Harness:
- Apply room reservation to an existing meeting.
- Reserve rooms in the Dallas office.
- Extend time on an existing reservation.
- Reserve rooms from your Android Wear watch.
- View current room availabilities via Android TV.
- Beacon enabled presence detection, allowing for automatic reservation prompts when entering an available conference room.
