T4 always give wrong information of taxi number. Taxi stuck very long time.

Difficult to load

The app cant be launched since yesterday nite.

The information is not accurate at all when we rush up to airport the app still showing taxis need in airport but already long Q of taxi in airport and we get stuck for more than half an hour for nothing.please take note of it ...

CAG need to know all the taxi driver detail from your I/C, car plate number and taxi company. Not accurate.

How do I change my detail.. It keep saying ic and phone number does not match

Always showing incorrect info, so just use it as a guidelines.

Like to install into my phone but I don't even know my taxi IU number, so no go.

It's has been such a long time that this app is always giving inaccurate info and up to this day still no improvement. Very often make a wasted trip and all terminals have plenty of taxis on Q. Cannot rely to much on this app. Suggest it should be updated on every minute.

Why I already registered once but now I change veh and ph no cannot register again asked for retrieve said go for register go for registe said go to retrieve

In aacurate display of nos of taxi in queue. CAG is sleeping on the job.They should corelate against the actual taxi in queue.

No need listen to talkie but still need to see numbers of taxi when entering Airport Blvd. It is dangerous! Bert, IU info is for lucky draw. If numbers of taxis being monitored real time plus CCTV cameras view will be excellent. At thus stage 3 stars already over rated.

Good start for such a great app for cabbies. I wonder why there's a need to key in IU. Would give it 4-5 Stars if the information is real time. Cos the info cant be refreshed and updates is around 15 mins or so.

Totally useless app. Taxi numbers never accurate. It can show 35 taxis but in actual fact could be more then 100 taxis in the queue. Only good for airport to trick taxis into going to airport to queue. Number of flights arriving also not clear, is it indicating the number of flights arriving in the next hour or what? One time app shows 1 flight arriving, when i check Internet, that flight arrival time is almost 2 hours away!

It does not take into consideration those queuing outside. Needs to have a better data collection.

This app by changi airport is horrible. It gets the drivers to rush down to airport to wait for passengers and the wait is usually an hour before the passengers leaves the airport. Wouldn't recommend this app, as it acts in the interest of the airport.

Not all taxi companies are in selestion list. Will uninstall since I m not able to register

Ifor does not tally with real time arrival. Not reliable at all. Sometimes very misleading.
