My time now is 1543. There's a flight FD355 supposed to arrive at 1640. There's an accident in the Airshow today, flights got delayed. I was informed by my friend that FD355 wil only depart 1830 from Bangkok. and ur app is still showing 1640 ARRIVAL?! terrible..... i tried on a China app. It already given out the exact 1830 departure and 2142 arrival time in Singapore. You called Changi Airport a 1st class airport... with a 3rd class app?! This flight is somehow involving Thailand and Singapore, yet Singapore iChangi is not updating the info, but China app did. What a shame.. this is not the 1st time iChangi is not giving updated information.

Very useful app for transiting through the amazing Changi airport. Not only does it provide you all the information that you need plus tips to plan your time; the best part is live notifications about gate changes and flight status. Also the free 3hrs WiFi gets upgraded to 24hrs for app users. My only complaint would be that it's a bit slow but not too bad.

I think this app is okay,I've used it and did the registration easily.. why they leave bad comments here?

Compare to previous version apps. This apps have become worst. The flight sq232 eventually already delay to land at after 6.30pm according to flightaware but in your apps still show estimated of original arrival time 5.35pm. Never update(now is 5.30pm). The apps no more update actual flight depature time that the flight have departed. It only show schudule depature time.

This app is getting slower and bloated with each update.

My AVG antivirus scanner reports the app to have malware. Appreciate a response

I have been using this app for a few years. After the latest update... it goes down the drain. Super slow response. User unfriendily, difficult to navigate, always hang,... (list goes on and on) none of these problems in earlier versions. Uninstalling after submitting this comment...

Tried using the app to register for my Changi rewards card. It is annoying that when you get to the final.page and no matter how many times I select my nationality..or country of residence from the dropdown menu...it doesn't appear..

Unable to select the country for both Nationality and residence? So how you expect us to register... And please improve your selection for D.O.B.... takes donkey years to scroll to 1978... worse rewards apps ever used.

The new terminal map is really buggy; either it doesn't load, or it shows the world map, or when it works, there's not enough information being shown at a glance. Flight search always ignores the second letter if typed immediately after the first letter.

It's stuck on 13 October. I cannot change the date to lock in a flight. Useless. I deleted it.

I cant believe the rating to be above 4. The regiatration nationationality and country drop down box simply wont get populated. So it might be a samsung galaxy s8+ fault, but an app that require registration but fail at registration is epic failed.
