The best app I've found for recovering from such a shameful addiction. It is comforting knowing that you're not alone; there are people out there who feel your pain. We do what we can to help each other get through it.

FIVE STARS GREAT APP I LOVE IT no complaints so far it's a great app if I wanted anything added it's a chance to go back and edit my notes after I complete a day if I wanted to add anything extra that same day would be nice

The app is good and easy to use. Every now and then it has a few bugs but the programmer is always available to help out. One of the things which I believe is also very helpful is the chatroom within the app. There people can exchange ideas and encourage each other.
