"Network Not Connected" that's the message that comes up when trying to sign up no matter what network I'm connected to whether it be WiFi or 4G. Don't waste your money, I tried for 30 minutes.

Tried to load onto new device. Cant sign in or register or even use old one now. Have just deleted the lot. Makes my bracelet useless.

Have used for ages but the last few days the app has been saying network not connected.. Fix please

Can't sign up can't sign in. It use to work no problems but then stopped waste of money

Is this app going to be updated or fixed so we can log back in and actually use it? If not, how do I reset the time and steps etc from the watch?

Didn't let me do anything. I couldn't sign in, log in or request a new password. Horrible app

Complete rubbish! Unsupported. Does not work.

App is bullshit, Stuffs up all the time. Can't input personal info and won't go to sleep mode, Needs fixing and fast

This is the app recommended for my smart watch but will not find the device. Help?

The app has bugs which have not been fixed and is in need of an update. It works at the basic level but features need fixing and updating.

i even cannot register for an account to start with. it keeps telling me no network connection. crap!

It is just so bad and anything that can go wrong, it does.

Tried this on an android phone and Nexus 7. Both sense the bracelet but can't get the app to connect. Uninstalling it now - bye bye!

I can't reset my goals. Or change my personal information. And I cannot see or track anything other than steps and turns. What is the point of clocking calories if it won't record them. ... unreliable to connect to blue tooth. The app is just, poorly made... and unresponsive a lot of the time

Can't actually rate the app as can't use it. Took six attempts to sign up and now ive tried to pair my phone to the band and it tries and tried till its finally comes up with an error. Not that the activity band is that crash hot either

It use to work fine connected all the time without a problem then all of a sudden my wrist band will NOT connect AT ALL, i have also tried a brand new band as i bought 2 and the brand new one won't connect either. Not happy at all

A load of rubbish cannot sign up with wifi network, if use mobile wifi network errors and timeouts. Useless if you can sign up |||||||

Tried to update my details but it resets to default settings

Wont let you change profile to your own and save it

How it dose switch to sleeps mode I did the time but is not working keep reading that I am awake

Can't even download the app. Have tried around 5 times now.

Very hard to read the display on watch. No sync button or light. All measurements are only metric. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS. When device and app work they are just ok. Would like to be able to use other social apps than Facebook (what a waste of time there.) Oh well, all I can say is BUYER BEWARE.

After 2 weeks the wristband will not sync time is wrong.Not working at all.

I like this app. It's working fine for me, however, I would love it if it could work offline as well. Not everyone can access the Internet all the time. Running out of credit, reception bad spots, etc. Do you think you guys could make it work offline too? At least I'm pretty sure it doesn't work offline.

Had so much trouble trying to sync. Only managed it twice in 2 days. Am returning device to store

Can put in the 4 digit code but it won't connect, app doesn't go to next part, will be returning it.
