This app is great! It alerts me when the garage remains open for more than 10 minutes. We usually close our garage after we come home. So this helps me to get an alert if I forget to close our garage. Also when you are away from home you can always check if your garage is closed. It gives a huge peace of mind. I have also automated the front lights in our home which turns ON automatically in the evening and turns OFF in the morning. This gives an appearance like you are always home even when you are away.

Excellent app. Does what it is suppose to do but very limited. I can schedule or just force a door to open or close. I wish I could view and set all my liftmaster settings. Until this is accomplished it is just a nice to have rather than critical. I accidentally created a second hub. I know how to view multiple hubs at the same time but would have been nice to be able to move devices to other existing hubs.

Does not support open door command with Google Home or anything else. Absolutely stupid decision hiding behind "security concern" as an excuse. This is useless for home automation if you can only close but not to open the garage door!!!

This app works really well for me. I have a dog and sometimes I have to let somebody in from next door .I may even be in a different state to do it. Then again I'm getting to that age to where I forget the door and I wonder if I have the door closed or not and this app makes it so easy to check and take care of. I can also check on the wife if she made it home from work okay by just looking at whether the door has been opened and closed at the proper time.

I like the way you can open or close the garage door from any location where there is cell phone/computer service. Checking if the garage door is opened or closed is easy as well. I have a special notification sound on my phone which lets me know when the garage door is being opened or closed.

The app for this is horrible. Sometimes refuses to connect to the server, and half of the time it errors out when I press to close the garage door. It opens every time just fine though so it's not the connection.

If the app integrated with Google Assistant for free, I'd be more impressed. There is no way on the face of this Earth that I'm going to pay for 12 bucks a year so I can use a verbal command to open and close my garage door.

They charge fees for their integrations.. Service did not even connect for me (Google Home). Support address given in app came back as invalid, terrible support overall. Avoid buying a Chamberlain opener in the first place if you want smarthome control! There are better solutions available

A great app if you don't have your remote with you or want to check if you remembered to close the door. It will even send an alert to your email if you leave a door open. I just wish you could program it to auto close if you leave the door open after a certain time.

Garbage... Times out all the time and has to be restarted. Also they make you pay to integrate with IFTT. Do yourself a favor and buy a different garage door opener.

This app is fantastic, I now know what time my kids come home from school or what time they get home from work. I like that if I can't find my clicker or I am in a friend's car, I can open the garage. This is going to be very helpful when it comes to deliveries that I can use this app to allow the delivery man to put say my flowers in the garage instead of on the front porch. Way to go LiftMaster this was recommended by someone that installs garage doors in my area and I have nothing but positive things to say. I was able to set this up myself with a medium knowledge of computer skills

Easy and secure. It gives us peace of mind whether we're home or away from home. The only feature I wish we had was to remotely close the doors if they're open. Or maybe we can and I just haven't figured out how to use it yet.

Simple set up. Saved me from losing all my heat in my shop in Canada in January when someone accidentally opened the door with a remote in a different building -they never realized this door opened. App notified me and I closed it from across the country!

The app works great. Never had a problem with it and it does what it says. But they charge a subscription fee to use it with Google Assistant, which is completely unacceptable. Honestly, if a garage door opener was a thing that you could just exchange, I probably would. I'm working on a homemade solution for it, so I'll get around their greed, but I shouldn't have to.

"Close error, must be closed manually to reset." So, I need to get out and manually close my door because your app can't handle shifting from WiFi to Cell? Garbage. Who's bright idea was this?

Used a couple different wireless garage door openers where I work, this is BY FAR the best. Have had no issues at all. My only complaint us I wish it would open the door with ifttt

This would be 5 stars if you had widgets to turn the lights on and off and or garage open and closed. Biggest problem is waiting for the app to load to actually execute your command. Widgets widgets widgets! You guys can do it!!!

Easy to use, I have been using it for 1 month now and didn't face any issues. Only confusion part is that I see 2 Apps under the same developer with the same name n same features... Both works same way.

The app itself works fine for the most part. The one star is for locking away the Google Home functionality unless you pay for a subscription to it. Ridiculous money-grab.

Often gives me a close error and says I've attempted to close it too many times and must close it manually when I haven't tried to close it but one time. Very frustrating when I'm running out the door to go somewhere and have to go run into the garage and manually close the door and run back out.

Great app that tells me when door opens and closes, even remotely. I use it to keep track of our comings and goings, and even had use to open with smartphone when at front of house.

Good app but it would be better if you could have more the alerts tied to the device and not the account. If I change my alerts it changes on my wife's phone as well.

Simple app. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but serves its purpose. Like that I can check to see if forgot to close the door.

The app works very well and provides alerts and history for all openings and closings. Door has opened on its own randomly, but, not sure if it's the app or the hardware. In any case you always get an alert so you can close it remotely. I have a camera in the garage so I can confirm that the door is clised

It should be called a 'dumb garage opener'. Can't use with Google Home. Not even listed in Google home. Why would i have to pay any subscription fee for connect with Google Hom while it's not even work.

OINo problems and does more than I thought it would, I like the bonus history. Please change how the open/ close button operates, it's too risky as a single tap to open. For example a I'm away from home and I look at the app to check the door status, I see that is cloase I as want but I accidently touch the door button. OH NO!!, I just opened the door and no one is home clearly as there are no cars in the garage, everyone driving by see this and thats the complete opposite of security. The solution would be to either add a confirmation (slightly away from the door button) or change the input from a single click to a swipe or pattern. As the app is now Im nervous to open the app when away from home, maybe thats a little bit exaggerated but it is unsettling. A single click to open is too easy. I will give it 5 stars once this is improved.

Great device. Increases the distance at which I can open my (detached) garage door. I now open my door and autostart the vehicle without fear of filling the garage with carbon monoxide or other fumes.

Seamless and convenient. If I have one complaint, it's that the schedule feature doesn't allow you to open a garage door.

Keeps saying sending false alerts or opposite(opened closed). Other week it wasn't sending any at all. Pisses me off to leave only to get a notice it just opened or closed. Gets stuck saying closing but doesn't.

Why do they charge for this when I paid so much for their garage door opener? If they find it burdensome to develop and host the application, the create a *secure* API/webservice and allow developers to interface and integrate with other systems

App works great if you're single and have no friends or dog walker, nanny, handyman...etc. Still don't see the ability to share or give access to others!

Great app that lets me make sure I closed the door. Something, I absentmindedly forget occasionally to my wife's dismay.

Works great for controlling garage door from phone and app. Allows me to check for door closed or open it when family comes over for tools.

This app is junk. Never works when you need it most. Day later, starts working when you don't need it. I'm uninstalling tillhey fix this app.

Everytime I open the app it wants me to rate the app. I have to dismiss it to open my garage. Hopefully now that I am rating it it will go away.

HOW ABOUT YOU QUIT ASKING ME TO RATE YOUR APP WHEN IM TRYING TO OPEN MY GARGE DOOR. HOW ABOUT YOU ALLOW ME TO OPEN MY GARAGE DOOR SUCCESSFULLY THEN MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, YOU COULD ASK THEN, & ONLY THEN I WOULD LEAVE A POSITIVE RESPONSE. I get a close error from trying to close the garage door within 30-45 seconds it may be coming from the sensors. I would give the app a 4 star but because your programmers and app testers poor quality control decided to disrupt user function by asking for a rating before beong able to use the app it becomes an instant 1 star for me.

Responds quickly to open when using the app and alarm settings are great to notify if doors are open or left open. Unfortunately not fully compatible with google home.

Works perfectly. If you have kids that go in and out of the garage it's the best way to make sure it's closed when your at work and they are at school. Can also tell if they came home early.

Life saver, I was at work when my wife got locked out while walking the dog. With this app l was able to let her back in without leaving my office.

After prolonged search I was able to find a perfect garage door opener, which addressed all of my needs in this respect - it's quiet, relatively fast and has a great app that allows me to have peace of mind - did I close the door, or I didn't? Not only it shows the status of the door, it also allows me to close it remotely, if I forgot to close it. Anyway, that's what I was looking for and I'm very happy that I made a correct choice buying it. Highly recommend!
